Looks like a nice short walk for summertime. Mostly closed during the year and in bad weather. Waterfall can slightly be seen from the road, but nothing spectacular.

Love Boulder, but the falls is just an average waterfall over rocks. I take people up the short hike trail to it, they're normally not impressed. But it's a waterfall and something anyway (at least when the trail's open). Just a few miles up Canyon towards Nederland, falls on the right, parking on the left. Five minute walk up a... More

Fortunately, we saw them en route on a long drive in the mountains. There was nothing wrong with them but there was nothing particularly beautiful or impressive about them either. The parking area is a little treacherous so be careful.

This hike is very well worth it. While you're driving through the Boulder Canyon, you will come across Boulder Falls which is about a 10 minutes hike at most to see the falls which is a beautiful sight.

I always take my out of town guests here for picture perfect moments. The small hike to the falls is short and easy for children. It's gorgeous and rushing. During winter it is normally closed because of the icy conditions. During the summer you can normally watch rock climbers scaling the rock face on the south side of the road.

Just west of downtown and into the front range lies this beautiful trail that takes you to the falls. Spectacular scenery along with a beautiful, majestic drive into the Rockies. After the falls, continue up to Nederland. The drive is drop-dead beautiful. Remember to wear your hiking boots or rugged foot wear, and bring plenty of water. If you are... More

Although the county does its best to restore flood damage this visit had to be off the record for access is closed. Otherwise a gripping spot with the best white noise in the county.

Review a waterfall? Technically, it is a cascade rather than a waterfall. It's actually underwhelming. The drive up Boulder Canyon is better than the Falls.
