Love the ambiance and the food is delightful! It is an event to eat here. Usually the service leaves something to be desired-so only come when you are not in a rush. Order an unusual tea, sit back and relax.

This beautiful Tajik teahouse was shipped in pieces from Dushanbe, Tajikistan. It is decorated with Persian art, and looks very inviting. You can walk around the outside, or go inside for some tea and enjoy the ambience. Food is available here as well.

The Dushanbe Tea house is pretty unique, even for Boulder co. It was built through a sister city relationship with Kazakhstan and serves excellent exotic food and drink in a Kazakhstan setting. A great place to take out of town guests who never fail to be amazed at the place and food.

Beautiful tile work. The entire teahouse was a gift from our sister city in Tajikestan. Nice stream side outdoor dining. Great selection of tea. Good food and service.

This was actually a gift to the city of Boulder from the Mayor of Dushanbe in Tajikistan. This is an authentic Persian teahouse and the only one of it's kind in the western Hemisphere. The building was shipped piece by piece and ultimately assembled with NO power tools creekside at 1770 13th St. The food is delicious - Indonesian light... More

It is a fun place to go, has a lot of ambiance, is a little noisy when it is full, should go when you have time to spend with larger groups it takes awhile. I love to go here in the summer and sit by the creek. The food is very good.

The ambiance here is probably worth the price of admission, as the food is not cheap, but it's not very good either. We sat outside by the stream on a warm summer afternoon. The menu changes regularly, so there is always something new to try, and the tea selection is top-notch, of course. Service was a little slow, but friendly.... More

We were so glad to see this gorgeous tea house on our first trip to Boulder. I had researched the teahouse prior to going and our son and his friend who moved to Boulder took us after we arrived. They did have a nice menu, but we just went just for the drinks. The spicy tea was wonderful, but the... More

This is an incredible traditional Russian Teahouse with fabulous drinks! The Bartender's take care in everything they make. The location is directly across from the park where there is always something to see or do!

Always go out of my way to bring people visiting from outside the US to this tea house for the splendor of the hand-painted walls and ceiling and the carvings. The tea and menu are good, not fantastic, but good. It's more the actual tea-house that's to visit, then sip a cup of specialty tea over a greek scramble for... More
