My sister and I go at least 2-3 times a year to celebrate our birthdays and Christmas. I have only taken afternoon tea here but it is the best around and our favorite place in Boulder. It surpasses the St. Julien Hotel in quantity and price. More

Loved: you're actually dining in a Tajikistan temple - an intricately designed one as well. Service was great - even suggesting cocktails that were not on the menu. The food was also great - me and my dining pals literally licked our plates clean. Disliked - nothing, except perhaps that we opted to sit on the platform - which meant... More

The Dushanbe Teahouse is a very pretty building that was entirely built by hand. It's vey unique with lovely outdoor gardens. The menu includes an afternoon tea, tapas, brunch, lunch and dinner. Its well worth the trip More

I was in Boulder for a conference and local friends told me about this place. You know it's a good place when local people tell you you to go there, and I was not disappointed. The hand-painted exterior tells you that you are entering a magnificent place. The inside takes it to a whole new level. Artful, meticulous in detail,... More

Check it out. Gorgeous tea house that is as appealing to the eye as it is to the taste buds. Been there many times. Only complaint is that several times my water glass or tea mug was dirty (a pet peeve). I can remember three times over the past 5 years. But otherwise, great. More

I would recommend just going here for a tea and maybe a snack but not for a meal. We've eaten here 4 or 5 times with out of town guests and it's always the same - building is very cool, tea is great (hibiscus iced is yummy), food is really average and service is always slow and just not awesome.... I've been here many times, most recently a week ago with out-of-town guests. This is one of the places that all visitors to Boulder should see. I especially recommend going here to have tea; the meals vary in quality (as has been noted by newspaper restaurant reviewers and also ones on TA). Two suggestions. If you are parking (at a... More

Lots to look at, different menu. I've been here numerous times and recommend sitting inside. The creek seating is just a bit to earthy. More
