Fun factory tour!

As a daily tea drinker I really enjoyed this factory tour. It started out with a short movie and then on to the factory. Coolest experience was visiting the "mint" tea rooms.

I recently visited the Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory with a group of friends and was really impressed. As a long time drinker of their tea it was nice to finally see where it comes from! The tours are free, but tend to fill up decently quickly so I would recommend being early or calling in advance if you are hitting... More

This is a nice tour (free!) for anyone who remotely enjoys tea or food tours. I had been on it twice before, but this was the first time I had my children with me. I have 5-year-old twins, and we were asked about their ages. Even though they are small, we weren't given the third degree or anything. My kids... More

We spent about an hour and a half on a drizzly Saturday afternoon here. It was a great tour with a pleasant tour guide. The tour lasted about 50 minutes. I enjoyed it more than my kids(6&12), but the factory was not in operation on a Sat. Kids might like it more during the week. It was also fun to... More

I have never toured a tea company before and loved the smell! This was interesting. You received free samples while waiting for your tour to start. One note - children under five are not allowed on the tour due to running equipment. Now for those of you who already went on the tour know I shouldn't be using the word... More

Our tour guide was pleasant and informative but a bit long winded for the kids who really wanted to see the factory floor. When we got there all but one of the machines were down. We finally got close enough to view and I lifted my son so he could see. There was some employee behind me that began harping... More

I've been multiple times to take out of town guests and they always enjoy it! The thought is very informative and you also get free tea samples to help you find the right blend. The selection is great and they are constantly adding new herbal and regular tea to the selection. The tour is about a half hour and ends... More

I am a coffee drinker, but I really enjoyed this place. While waiting for the free tour you sample their line of teas. There is an excellent short video of their history. Then you get to walk through the factory.Seeing & smelling the things make tea the number one consumed beverage in the world. Very interesting

The tour is very interesting and free too! You get to tour the factory where the tea is made which is very interesting. Tours run 7 days a week but on weekends the factory is not working so the tour is thru the factory but with no tea being made and packaged. It is still worth going if you can... More

Tour is good but it is really the variety of tea (both to taste and to buy) that brings me back for my 3rd visit. Last time I was there was off season so I enjoyed it more with less crowds and kids.
