Why not do this? It's free, it's short (about an hour), and fun even for those who don't love tea (although tea fans will enjoy it most). Free tea samples at the start; then a short movie; and a factory tour. Try to go during the weekdays when the factory is in operation. We also ate at the cafe here... More

My wife and I took the tour of the tea factory, and it was a most memorable experience. The tour guide genuinely enjoyed hosting our group, and we all found it most informative. After the tour, we decided to eat in the company cafe, and the food was both tasty and inexpensive. It is apparent that the employees like working... More

A must for avid tea drinkers. You can sample all of their teas! The tour was very informative and fun. I loved smelling all of the fresh ingredients as we walked through the factory. Very nice!

I found this interesting but not an exceptional place to visit. The tour was average at best. To be fair, it has been a while since I took the tour..... They start you off watching a movie (which was boring) while seating on on a hard bench. I personally didn't find anything interesting about the machines, the process or the... More

Wonderful to see something being made locally -- interesting tour, wonderful original art that's used for the packaging and the stop at the mint room will clear your sinuses. Also a very nice gift shop and tasting.

This was such a fun outing for my friend and I while we were visiting Boulder. The tour is free and takes about 45 minutes. You learn all about the tea making process and actually get to walk around the factory as the tea is being manufactured and boxed up. You also have the opportunity to taste a variety of... More

The most amazing scents in nature right here in the factory. A fun tour. Free. Got samples. Bought some tea. Enjoyed hearing the stories on the tags as well. Relaxing time and a break from the hiking and outdoorsy activities.

Loved watching the production lines in action & learning about how much care goes into selecting ingredients for teas. Guides make tour fun. Tour ends at gift shop, so you are ready with all sorts of newly-acquired tea knowledge to pick out a blend that suits you (look for the bargain bin for some really "tea-riffic" deals!) You can call... More

This tour is free and you get a tea bag too! This is a working factory Monday through Friday, but not the weekend. You can still tour on the weekends but the machinery won't be running and I think you will miss out if you go on Saturday or Sunday. Children under 5 cannot go on the tour. The smells... More

We took a Saturday tour after accidentally realizing it was nearby our hotel. I enjoyed the tour and sampling even as a non-tea drinker. Since the plant was not running I would like to go back when it was. I did not realize the multiple projects that they make.
