Situated in the heart of an energetic city is beautiful, historic Downtown Boulder. At the heart of Downtown Boulder is the Pearl Street Mall, a wonderfully charismatic four-block-long pedestrian mall that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007. Colorful, bright flowers fill the mall almost the entire year and street performers, with a multitude of talents, make the Pearl Street Mall one of the best people-watching destinations anywhere.

This is a pedestrian mall, with their eating small boutiques. One can find clothing, fine art, local crafts, and just about anything else one would desire. Parking is found in a nearby parking garages. A close walk to the tea house, and there are many other restaurants around. A good way to spend an afternoon.

How un-America this wonderful shopping area is and so safe being pedestrianised and great for fans lies and young children. Great variety of shops and choices. Loved it.

A lovely pedestrian mall with a great selection of shops to browse. We really enjoyed the mix of shops and the many interesting little restaurants. Enjoyed an ice cream and did a surprising amount of shopping - the shops were just that good! Only drawback was the number of young homeless people who hung out there.

Great place to stroll on a summer evening. Lost of restaurants, bars, ice cream, street entertainment and vibe. Only wish some of the restaurants would serve main menus a bit later than they do....

Walking the few blocks of Pearl Street is a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Yes, there is shopping: organic clothing, mountain gear, and medi shops. Food: ice cream, international, and American. And street performers. Lots of entertainment and something for everyone.

Great variety of shops and restaurant/bar's. Lots of places to sit and people watch, or watch some of the street entertainers. Lots of great places to try house-brewed beers and ciders. Easily a place to blow an hour or more......

Fun, eclectic shops (Art Mart, Bayleaf, Boulder Bookstore) mixed with some upscale chains (Patagonia, Lush, Prana, etc). Lots of street artists (magicians, balloon artists, contortionists, & such) & just a generally fun vibe. Fun place to visit.

Pearl Street Mall is fun to walk down. We enjoyed stopping for ice cream and watching the different street performers.
