This free museum is a great place to see Western Art, especially if you are in the area already for the Celestial Seasonings Tour and the Shelby Car Museum. Bypass their kitschy shop until the end (or completely if you're not into that kind of thing) and head upstairs first. Some of the paintings are amazing and it's worth it... More

There were four people in our group but our tour guide seemed rushed. It was cold outside so she didn't spend much time on outside exhibits and kept complaining how cold it was. Hey its winter, and if you know your work takes you outside, dress appropriately. We went inside and the pace didn't slow down even with heat. Our... More

This is one of the best painting and sculpture art museums visited of many we have perused in the U.S. and Europe. It is incredible that this private collection can be seen for free and it's scope of western representations is breathtaking. An hour gives a hasty taste, another hour a bare survey, but to really study this collection better... More

I was warmly welcomed by museum staff who were happy to point out recent changes. I had last visited 10 years ago, and that was definitely too long. The volume of beautiful paintings just astounds. Besides the paintings and sculptures I had forgotten there is a vast collection of unique gift cards.

The middle of an industrial park is an odd location for a museum until you understand it's history. The owner of a greeting card company needed artwork for the cards which lead to a rather large private collection of original western art. Featuring both paintings and sculpture, there are works for every taste on the two floors plus outside sculpture... More

Excellent collection of western art. How generous to share this collection, free of charge! We were so appreciative. Had no idea it was a card shop as well with reasonable prices. Everyone was so welcoming and gracious. A delightful experience. Looking forward to the card manufacturing tour on our next visit.

We weren't aware of this art collection, and it's Excellent. The sculpture garden is as beautiful as any we've ever seen anywhere. Don't miss the horse toward the back made out of scrap metal. The impressive art collection has all been put together by the founder of Leanin Tree cards and the card factory is right next door and can... More
