This is one of the best city library that I have had an opportunity to use. This library is part of an inter library system so most every need one might have can be met. The space is warm and friendly with plenty of places for quiet moment. Judith J

AS with any public library I've been in recently, it is worth your time even if you don't check out a book or a DVD or a painting or come to a children's program or an adult one. So much offered by such a knowledgeable staff. Our libraries are a treasure. We need to continue to support them!

Love this Library, big and spacious! The staff is very helpful and there's lots of information on activities going on in Boulder. Parking could be packed during the summer!

I have loved coming to this library for as long as I can remember. The library is in a beautiful location for one, and it also has nice views from many of the windows. There are meeting rooms that are available for use and there is usually art on display. The book selection is fantastic and it is fairly easy... More

It's a great library with something for everyone. it spans Boulder Creek and, on one side is an excellent library with very knowledgeable librarians and on the other side are some quiet areas for doing work as well as a marvelous art gallery. The only negative I've found is that many homeless come in to get cleaned up in the... More

This facility is a Boulder treasure. An enclosed bridge over Boulder Creek connects the two library buildings. On one side of the creek, visitors enjoy an extensive collection of books and beautiful places to sit and read. On the other side, there is a gallery space featuring various art exhibits throughout the year and an auditorium with a rich calendar... More

This well used library is multi-level and a portion sprawls over Boulder Creek. It appears to be very popular with both "regular" patrons and the homeless, too, which might be problematic for some. As a public library user in Miami, I can tell you that Boulder should be very proud of their downtown facility.

The is one of the most impressive buildings in the area. The library is on par with any of the best libraries around. Nice place to spend a rainy day.

My wife loves to go to the Boulder Public Library when we visit Boulder. She enjoys relaxing and reading there. She also thinks it's neat that Boulder Creek runs under the library. She wishes they still had the coffee shop and the large trout in the fish tanks near the entrance. The fish added some real character to the library,... More

Was dropped off at the library for a few hours. had been in the children's section on a previous visit and was very impressed. Really enjoyed my self tour. The library is immaculate, very well organized, and helpful staff and volunteers. Would love to volunteer here. Good feature, was able to get a short term library card, which I immediately... More
