Fun in the 34th Floor

We had a great time at Ameristar. The atmosphere was great. They had lot of new slot machines. Best casino experience in Blackhawk.

Music welcomed us to our clean room on the 11th floor. We danced our way to the window to check out our view of the mountain. It was OK, but we got a better view later from the 34th floor where we laughed with the bar tender and enjoyed the swimming pool, fire pits, hot tub and beautiful flowers and... More

Huge casino rising 34 stories tall in old Blackhawk Colorado. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the premises is very clean.

We recently stayed at the Ameristar on a vacation in Colorado. This Vegas styled hotel stands out from the other casinos in Black Hawk due to its size but they did do a very nice job in trying to keep the décor to be in line with a Rocky Mountains resort town. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the... More

Tastefully appointed and furnished, every room contains exquisite amenities and features to exceed the most discerning guests' expectations. An on-site Fitness Center, roof-top pool Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk into a one-stop destination for people from all over Colorado and the West.

I love this hotel. They upgraded me to a suite out of the blue. I have stayed here quite a few times and each time is always the best, hotel wise. Fun playing all the games (slots) but don't expect to win. Food was good at the buffet. They also have an in-house grill which was good food as well... More

We have been twice now and will go a third time. The staff is friendly, the drinks are reasonable and the rooms are clean with fresh linen and minimal sound. You can gamle to your level or desire (I like the slots-they range from 1 cent up).

Very clean with many slot machines. Almost to crowed with slots but still easy to get around. Lots of new games along with old ones. Pretty tight for my stand point!!!

Ameristar is definitely the most modern casino in the area. All of the lodge-like themes throughout make it very warm and inviting. The rooms are the best in the two towns up there
