We often use this park as a backdrop for photos. We love the old ghost town, too bad they're taking in out. It's part of the history. Very nice picnic and bathroom facilities. Great place for walking the dogs or enjoying an afternoon at the park with family.

A great place to take a nature walk, and relax while in Yreka. Great trails, nice views. Very clean and well maintained park. Take the kids and/or dogs there to run off some energy and play if you are passing through! Close to town and easy to find.

Great Place for fun hikes or a walk around a small lake. They also have great play structures at both ends of the park. Great place for gatherings or birthday parties. The bathrooms are VERY clean. Fun place for all ages. There are a lot of geese so tennis shoes are a good idea if walking around the water or... More

This is a great park to go to for all kinds of outdoor activities. You can hike or bike around the lake, have a nice picnic or feed the ducks and geese which is what we really enjoy doing. The newer bathrooms have always been nice and clean. The mining town equipment is interesting to look at also. There is... More

I visited with my three year old for some peace and quiet. It was beautiful and I loved that they have a fenced in playground.

The park is clean with some interesting gold mining artifacts. Great place for a picnic. There are walking trails and trails for bicycles. Good for walks in the woods.

Very cool park with lots of trails and cool stuff to look at. There is a lot of old miner town equipment and such. If you are into wildlife, the deer flood the park at dusk and are not very afraid. You can get close enough to snap a great picture.

Cute little park. Fun for the kids. Lots of goose poop everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE. If you are pucjing a stroller you absolutely cannot avoid it. Also the geese are not afraid of you. My 2 year old son wanted to run up to them and when he realized they weren't gonna run away and started running at him... More
