I'm sorry I forgot our tasting leader's name, who was very gracious to take us despite us being late. The were six of us that WCI's Marty Paradise took us to GC. Despite there being three couples, she individualized our tasting depending on what kind of wine we liked. Don't forget to try and buy the bacon flavored chocolate bars!

This was a great stop on our whistlestop tour of the Napa Valley. We really enjoyed tasting the wines and the proprietor was lovely to speak to, so enthusiastic about the wines and the vineyard. We enjoyed boring her about English Vineyards and hearing tales of her trip to Yosemite... The wines were fantastic and I was gutted I couldn't... More

This was by far the best stop of our trip to Napa. We went there at the recommendation of the driver we hired and I'm so glad we found them. Jose made our visit at Goosecross absolutely spectacular. He is equally friendly, hilarious and just a ton of fun to talk to. There was another woman working at the time... More

Goosecross Cellars is not razzle-dazzle, but I am here to tell you that it was so much fun! I highly recommend it! As other reviewers have written, Jose really made the experience for us. He is a peach! I loved how he would pour a glass of wine and say, "Do you love it, or does it make you angry?... More

My husband and I had the best time with Jose during our tasting! He was just hilarious. Their wines are delicious! We got to try 4 whites, which is rare in Napa (or so I have heard). My personal favorite was the Orange Muscat...I bought 3 bottles of it! We were running late so we did not have time to... More

Goosecross Cellars was our first stop of many over our two day Napa adventure. They set the bar very high. Others were good - just not as good. We went with a very large group (14 of us). While this place is very small, they more than make up for that with their customer service. Jose was the very best!... More

I wasn't a big fan of the wines that we tasted at Goosecross but dang it, this was the most fun and friendly tasting room we visited in Napa Valley! This is what a wine tasting experience should be -- fun, educational and an all-around blast. There are so many snobby wineries nowadays and tasting rooms where the employees make... More

Goosecross is by far not the largest, and by a wide margin not the fanciest winery in Napa Valley, but I think it is the most fun and welcoming tasting room you can find. Ashley, Kim, Jose and Denise will make you feel right at home. And the wine is exceptional. A visit to their tasting room is not to... More

We have both visited Goosecross and are in their wine club. The have some of the BEST reds and whites you will ever try, especially their Chenin Blanc. It's off the beaten path, but well worth the trip. We were actually sent here by Cakebread, and have them to thank for referring us to the best secret in Napa -... More

We visited Goosecross based on its high TripAdvisor ratings, and we were not disappointed. We made an appointment for the seated tasting, which occurred on a covered porch overlooking the vineyards. Jose was our host and made our experience very memorable. Our tasting included just me and my husband with Jose pouring. Jose taught us a lot about wine, and... More
