Originally built in 1904 as a private residence, the manor is one of three stone buildings in Yountville, and one of only two listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As an art, design and wine gallery set amidst a contemporary, landscaped sculpture garden, Ma(i)sonry offers guests a respite and a retreat. Guests have a variety of choices for their wine tasting setting. They can enjoy the intimacy of one of our three private tasting rooms, lounge in either of the great rooms, or gather outdoors at individual and communal tables, around the fire pit, or while stretched out on a blanket on the lawn. The outdoor gardens are beautifully landscaped around architectural remnants and contemporary sculpture and are available for our clients to relax and enjoy a bite or a bottle of wine on their own before or after their tasting. « less

Have been visiting Maisonry since 2006. We never come home empty handed. Love love love ..... the wine, tasting choice, cheese, art, building, decor, garden, courtyard, furniture, staff. The only strange thing is the restroom is located at the other building in the courtyard. People are drinking wine may be just 5 feet away outside the door. Not so discrete... More

A large selection on wines from the area. this a good way to sample wines from different wineries in one venue. Lovely decor and building. Interesting art, much of it modern. I am not sure I would take any of the art home, but it is fun to look at. However the wine is worth taking home. Very helpful staff.

What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The weather was outstanding for January so we chose to sit outside at the "cloud table". This little tasting room is the retail outlet for a handful of small boutique wineries. Your personalised tasting experience begins with your wine "educator", who asks a few questions to get to know your tastes.... More

A walk through the historic, stone buiding's Gallery led us to a choice of a few different courtyard settings where our Tasting Assistant brought us selections from different vineyards she thought we might enjoy. In a beautiful setting, surrounded by outdoor sculptures, we felt no pressure to purchase but did so anyway. And left very pleased.

This is a unique way of presenting art and representing boutique wineries. The stone building has character and the small tasting rooms are intimate, comfortable and interesting. If you are searching out one of the 22 wineries that they represent, you will probably be assigned a tasting assistant who will conduct a short survey of your tastes and then bring... More

We had the catered Thomas Keller fried chicken lunch and tasting here on Saturday afternoon. The building and terrace are perfect. The lunch was delayed but the service was fantastic and waiting an extra 20 minutes under olive trees in a picturesque setting while tasting interesting wine was not a hardship. The art is lovely as well, book it.

This little art/collective wine gallery is worth the visit. Everything is for sale, the art is different, but the people are outstanding, service awesome and knowledge of the wines they carry is incredible! The setting in the courtyard is so nice! A must visit!

We visited a number of tasting rooms/wineries during our trip and this was the only "collective". It is in Yountville and has some great art throughout the property to enjoy while sampling from the extensive and varied wine list.

It was a little slow to be served when we first got there after having reservations - but once we were served the customer service was wonderful and the wine recommendations outstanding! Found some very hard to find wine from boutique wineries!

I can't comment about the wine selection b/c my husband and I stopped in to see the art collection! What we found was some of the most interesting pieces we've seen in such a relaxing environment. The prices are expensive of course but looking is always free! The upstairs has most of the art...be sure to take a walk through.... More
