We attending a party function here, but I would recommend a proper visit for tastings of wine from a variety of places, especially the uncommon and inaccessible (ie. not open to the public).

For most people, visiting the Napa Valley for some wine tasting means heading up route 29 and stopping by a few of the bigger name wineries like Heitz, Grgich, Mondavi and so on.
