Originally built in 1904 as a private residence, the manor is one of three stone buildings in Yountville, and one of only two listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As an art, design and wine gallery set amidst a contemporary, landscaped sculpture garden, Ma(i)sonry offers guests a respite and a retreat. Guests have a variety of choices for their wine tasting setting. They can enjoy the intimacy of one of our three private tasting rooms, lounge in either of the great rooms, or gather outdoors at individual and communal tables, around the fire pit, or while stretched out on a blanket on the lawn. The outdoor gardens are beautifully landscaped around architectural remnants and contemporary sculpture and are available for our clients to relax and enjoy a bite or a bottle of wine on their own before or after their tasting. « less

This was our last stop on our Napa tour and it combines art and wine. The gallery is interesting and well laid out and there are some real nice pieces of art at expensive prices. On arrival, the staff were a little stand offish like we were invading their home but we went out the back into the garden area... More

An historic roadside stone building with interesting gallery pieces, placed within a garden setting, Mai(s)onry presents a wonderful choice of different seating areas for your Wine Tasting experience. Curated wine flights were offered by a pleasant educator; ours was not at all pushy. 20 boutique wineries are represented. It was our first Wine Tasting experience in Napa Valley to which... More

I was looking for a place that had Tor wines and discovered Ma(i)sonry. The Tor was delicious as expected, but the ability to taste several wines from different wineries in a tasting flight was wonderful. If you go wine tasting at all in Napa, this is a must. The best spot to try a wide variety of wines in the... More

We have been coming here over the last 5 years and it used to be a great place to come have a glass of wine or do a flight as well as check out the different items in the gallery. Now when you show up they ask "can I help you" like you are intruding on them. The other week... More

Made a reservation for a solo tasting on a Tuesday night. Nice and quiet. Nice collection of antiques and art. Staff are warm and friendly, not pushy or snobby. They gave you plenty of time to taste the wine and made recommendations based on your tasting profile. I would return on my next visit. They are flexible with the tastings,... More

This is an art gallery which features top wines you cannot get just anywhere. We loved the vibe, the service and the intimacy. Great little stop in the town of Yountville, go to Reddwood up the road for appetizers and drinks or dinner as well

Have been visiting Maisonry since 2006. We never come home empty handed. Love love love ..... the wine, tasting choice, cheese, art, building, decor, garden, courtyard, furniture, staff. The only strange thing is the restroom is located at the other building in the courtyard. People are drinking wine may be just 5 feet away outside the door. Not so discrete... More

A large selection on wines from the area. this a good way to sample wines from different wineries in one venue. Lovely decor and building. Interesting art, much of it modern. I am not sure I would take any of the art home, but it is fun to look at. However the wine is worth taking home. Very helpful staff.

What a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The weather was outstanding for January so we chose to sit outside at the "cloud table". This little tasting room is the retail outlet for a handful of small boutique wineries. Your personalised tasting experience begins with your wine "educator", who asks a few questions to get to know your tastes.... More

A walk through the historic, stone buiding's Gallery led us to a choice of a few different courtyard settings where our Tasting Assistant brought us selections from different vineyards she thought we might enjoy. In a beautiful setting, surrounded by outdoor sculptures, we felt no pressure to purchase but did so anyway. And left very pleased.
