We did the all-day guided bike tour ($149) (the "IN" the vineyard one) and were generally happy with what we got. The bikes were of good quality, the guide was nice and easy-going and the people who told us about the different wines at each of the three vineyards were all very knowledgeable and friendly. We rented our bikes from Napa Valley Bike Tours one day in Napa and two days later in Sonoma. (They're the same company Napa Valley Bike Tours & Sonoma Valley Bike Tours). Excellent bikes, friendly helpful, staff, who want nothing more than to see that you have a great time. more
