My wife and I rented two bikes on a self-guided during our napa trip. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the bikes were in good condition. The maps were easy to understand and it was in all a very nice trip. The hills and scenery were beautiful even in the middle of winter. A few tips for those who want... More

My husband and I have been to Napa Vally on previous trips to San Francisco. We decided to rent bikes through Napa Valley Bike Tours at their Sonoma location. Staff was helpful in directing us since we did the self guided tour throughout Sonoma. The bikes were in good condition and we visited two wineries but you could easily visit... More

The tour was just ok. It was expensive and we could have easily done a self guided tour ourselves. Our guide was sort of disinterested in us and didn't really add anything to the experience. Nice bikes though. And the scenery is gorgeous!!!

We loved this bike trip. We did a self guided tour where we went at our own pace and than had the lunch ready for us at the top of Rutherfurd Hill. It was a blast! My husband and I truly enjoyed out time. I highly recommend for everyone! Great way to cruise around wine country! For sure would do... More

I rented 2 road bikes online from Napa Valley Cycle for 2 days. Our bikes were Specialized carbon. We brought our own pedals, shoes, helmets, etc. The bikes were very good and the service the same. We rode about 80 miles with no problems. The best way to burn calories so you can eat and drink!

This was our first visit to Napa, and weren't sure about exploring on our own, so we booked the group Classic Tour. We ended up getting a private tour since were the only ones - it WAS February AND a Tuesday. The bicycles were in excellent shape, and (with the information collected at booking) perfectly adjusted on arrival - we... More

I would love to thank Napa Valley Bike Tour for a wonderful day. After hearing such praise for this bike tour, we had high expectations. Everyone here exceeded them, we had a wonderful, tour, day, guide, wine, lunch and scenery. They were very accommodating, two of our girls wanted to ride tandem, that was a good thought in theory, but... More

We were looking for a way to see the wineries without landing ourselves in jail. We chose the self guided ride because we are pretty good bikers and didn't want to end up spending half the day waiting for other people, it was PERFECT. The guys at the shop pointed us in the right direction, helped us plan our route... More

This was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to Napa Valley. We couldn't have asked for better weather or a more perfect day. Our guide, James, was terrific. He maintained the perfect pace for every member of the group, and he was a great source of knowledge on wine making and Napa Valley in general. The bikes were... More
