Wow want and experience! We arrived early in the morning no know what to expect and we were greeted by our wonderful tour guide, Paul. He promptly fitted us to our bikes and got us all settled in. My boyfriend and I opted for the electric bike upgrade, which proved later to be a great choice, and he showed us... More

Napa Valley Bike Tours was great, and we didn’t even take a bike tour. It rained the day we had scheduled our outing with them, and when we called to cancel they told us they had just reached the same conclusion. No non-refundable deposit, and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. We will definitely seek them out on our... More

We did our own tour, renting road bikes for a day of biking in the area. They have a good selection of bikes and accessories, plus suggested rides for all levels of riders. Friendly, helpful staff.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Our tour guide was very accommodating to the various abilities of the riding skills for everyone in our group. The pace is very leisurely. The provided lunch was outstanding. We stopped at Peju which was decent. Then Rutherford Ranch which was excellent. The hostess did a great job presenting each wine. We had... More

My husband and I had such an amazing time during our bike tour with Napa Valley Bike Tours! Our guide was fun and personable, stopping along the way to explain the valley and educate us on the area. Because there are so many vineyards we were overwhelmed with planning just a few to stop at during our time in Napa,... More

Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Andrea! It was great to read how you were overwhelmed at first (with 500+ wineries to chose from, how could you not be?!), but put your faith in us and it ended up yielding an awesome day where you didn't have to worry about planning a single thing! As a self-described "moderately... More

Excellent time spent in the Napa and Sonoma wine country. Really friendly staff and excellent; if not a little "left field`", wine guides. Very knowledgable about the wine, the area, the producers, even the CIA!!! Thoroughly recommended, easy riding, great, well maintained bikes and a wine chauffeur service - what more can a 2 wheeled wine drikner want.

Thanks, Tim! Napa Valley is sometimes stereotyped as being pretentious (we like to show our guests otherwise), so we'll take the "left-field" comment as a compliment, especially when it's comes with 5 stars! We're so pleased to hear you found our Tour Guides extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed your day with us. Cheers! Kellie M. Napa Valley Bike Tours More

My husband and I did the bike tour during our first visit to Napa. We had a blast! The number of wineries in the area is overwhelming, so it was nice to have someone plan the visits for you. The tour started in a convenient location: Yountville. We went to 3 really great wineries in the Napa area. All of... More

Hooked up with the Napa valley bike tours in Yountville. Spent a day riding back roads. Very scenic from a bike seat. Visited 3 vineyards for tastings. Catered lunch on a shady terrace. Well informed, tireless guide.

Thank you so much for the awesome review, Dale! As a point of clarification, I want to mention that while Dale uses the term "back roads" several times in his review, that is not how we describe the roads we ride here in Napa Valley. All of our Napa Valley routes include significant stretches along Hwy. 29 and/or Silverado Trail,... More

The ride was a bit more difficult than advertised for those of us not in the best of shape. The tasting were great, the people we rode with were fun. The Rutherford House was my favorite winery of the day. We had lunch under the olive trees....an amazing day.

Thank you for your review, Jody! I'm glad it was a 5-star day and agree that lunch under the olive grove at Rutherford Ranch Winery is a great reward for the effort. All of our guided tour routes cover an average of 3-5 miles between stops at local wineries for tastings. I suspect the route you were on may have... More
