I love the West Sacramento CA. Rec Center. Although I have only used the pool so far I have access to the whole Gym, Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, Basketball Court and they're workout rooms. One of them offers Kenesis and special bikes. There are 3 pools total and the Lap pool I use is heated to about 80 degrees and... More

This relatively new facility includes a huge multipurpose room (at least 2 basketball courts in size), several activity rooms, a well-appointed weight and exercise room, and two huge outdoor pools (one recreational and one lap and competition)

Rec center is nice and the staff is very helpful. I have taken several lessons and classes there and been happy with them. The pool is great and will be using it soon.
