Great residence

This is a full service residence with valet, doorman, and great views from the apartments. Certainly not a tourist attraction; but a nice and expensive place to call home.

Owned and lived there for 6 years. Unobstructed views of the LA, SS strip BH and Santa Monica areas. Modern architecture and a one and only experience.

A longtime family friend of mine is a resident and I can't say enough positive things about this building. If you can afford it, there is nowhere better to live(or to be lucky enough to visit!)

This is just a condo, y nada mas. I had a (minor celebrity) friend who lived here and the property was nice but nothing particularly special. Probably great views from higher floors.

From prices beginning around $1.5M for a one bedroom apartment, this southern California icon has no peers.... More
