A great place for a hike, walk, jog, or bike ride!

I love Pena Adobe park! Its a gorgeous park, plenty of trails that branch off a main paved road. Free parking if you exit Alamo, heading towards Guns and Fishing, and keep driving... read more

I love Pena Adobe park! Its a gorgeous park, plenty of trails that branch off a main paved road. Free parking if you exit Alamo, heading towards Guns and Fishing, and keep driving down that road until you reach the end. Signs mark where you can park, and following the paved road brings you right to the Lagoon. It can... More

You can park in the main entrance and easily end up waling around the lagoon, see the ducks, there's a doggy park as well as places for kids to play. Disk golf, horseback riding, archery or just walk/run/bike around! OR you can walk up and up and up (vertical hiking that takes my breath away...literally) - and then the view... More

Really enjoy hiking in this oasis just outside of Fairfield and Vacaville. It's also a great place for mountain bikers.

We live close, so we will grab the dogs or the llamas, or both for an afternoon walk. the walk up the mountain to the antennae and repeaters is quite a trek. give a good cardio work out or a lazy stroll to see some great views. there are many oak trees and seasonal grasses. If you just want to... More

Have done several runs in Lagoon Valley. The park is a great place to relax and take families. Ducks to feed and a lagoon to enjoy

I have been in Vacaville for 2 weeks and I have been here to run and hike 3 times. It is a great place for all levels of fitness. There is the flat area around the Lagoon and the hills and trails of the Pena Adobe. I easily get 3 miles in and could easily do many more. I have... More

It's not really a hike, which is why my daughter and I often combine shopping at the outlets (walk, walk, walk) with a second walk around this lovely lagoon. It's about 2 miles and all flat. There are many birds, picnic tables, and even a frisbee area. There is a $3 parking fee if you park or drive inside, but... More
