Visiting Olea Farm is the perfect introduction to the unique extra virgin olive oil tasting. Olives love the warm California sun and produce one of the finest oils on the market. Its taste and essence are intense and powerful yet it is delicate enough to be used in any recipe without over powering the other ingredients.

This is well worth the effort to find it, a little off the beaten track. They had many olive oils to sample. The owner asked what I was going to do and made suggestions about which ones I might like. Some one had given me a bottle of their Olive oil bath product- excellant! She also sells local goats milk... More

Yves and Clothilde, the owners and makers of these fine products are super knowledgeable and will lead you through the tasting of the many varieties and they make. Beautiful farm full of trees. Seemed like Italy or France countryside. Very nice owners. Wonderful products. Alternative to wine tasting.

The olive oils are only one part of a delightful visit. The extremely friendly owners and the mobile automated olive crushing system are the other reasons to visit Olea Farms. We enjoyed the oils so much that we joined their Club. The oils do not disappoint!
