My wife and I were impressed with and bought a few bottles of the Sherry. They rest of the wine didn't really jump out and grab me but the did have a plentiful group of wines for the tasting. However, the tasting room was kind of cramped which put a little damper on the visit. We will probably go back... More

We have been members here for a couple years and joined because is just two amazing wines.....the Estate Zinfandel and the Black Monnuka are without a doubt the most amazing selections in all of California for us. We live in Santa Ynez in the heart of SB County wine country and still love love love Rotta's Zin and Monnuka. Well... More

Paso is now our wine country destination after Solvang got so commercial. And Rotta is a "must go" whever we go there. We've been wine club members from the first visit. Great people - Gale is terrific, as is everyone else - and yes, the Black Monukka is as good as you read about in the other reviews. Definitely worth... More

One of only two wineries my wife bought wine at when we went wine tasting in the area. We especially liked the Black Monukka Dessert Wine.

Visited during the barrel tasting weekend. Also tried their normal selection of wines. Excellent tasting wines. Our personal favorite was the barrel tasting wine which will be for sale soon! Make sure to try the Black monukka desert wine. Incredibly unique! We also enjoyed the Zinfandel Rose. Will visit again for sure. Staff was very pleasant and helpful

We had a lovely time chatting with the people at Rotta. The wines are very good. The dessert wines are awesome! This is the oldest winery in the area and totally worth the visit just for historic purposes.

At a recommendation we visited Rotta Winery to taste their wines made from Black Monukka grapes. The lady who helped us, Gale, was great. The wine was great and I left with several bottles of their various wines which I can't wait to share with friends.

If you like red wine, go tasting at the Rotta Winery in Templeton. The reds were wonderful, although pretty expensive. This is one of the 3 oldest wineries in the Paso Robles wine area.

Friendly. Competent. Patient and nice to talk to about the surrounding area. Lovely atmosphere. We bought several bottles of wine (5). Each was excellent. The writer of this review got home called Rotta and ordered a case of Muscat Canelli. Great wine.
