The tasting room is located in a refurbished 1800's era schoolhouse on one of Peachy Canyon's four estate vineyard properties (the appropriately named "Old Schoolhouse" vineyard). We're known for our award-winning red Zinfandel lineup - including super premium Zins that are often produced in lots of less 400 cases each - as well as our Bordeaux and Rhone varietal wines. We believe in sustainable winemaking and are dedicated to "keeping it local." Our vineyards are managed by us, and all grapes are harvested and processed by hand by our team. Our tasting room offers a spacious lawn picnic area and a gazebo, not to mention beautiful vineyard surroundings! Stop by with a picnic and have a glass with us... Chairs, blankets, (leashed) pets and children always welcome. « less

Since all of us are retired teachers, we had to go to Peachy Canyon and see their old schoolhouse. The people there were very friendly and there is a nice outdoor area if you want to relax and enjoy some wine. There are also vines right next door and it was interesting to see the vines up close. Their Zinfandel... More

This was the first stop on our wine tour after Firestone Brewery and I am so glad we stopped here. The woman behind the tasting bar was so friendly and nice and really welcomed us. The wine was really good. After our tasting we had lunch on their beautiful grounds and picnic tables. This winery is a real gem and... More

Love this winery and the t shirts they sell. My husband and I are big zin drinkers and they have some really good jammy ones like this valley is known for. I highly recommend you try this place as the people are friendly and the wines are lovely! What else do you need.

Pat was excellent letting us taste all the wines and explaining the characteristics of each. Peachy Canyon is know for their Zins and you can tell why. I would recommend a visit if you are in the area.

While we were put off by the corny name at first, the wines were great, and it was a fun stop on our tour of Paso Robles wineries. Our favorite was Ms. Behave. The two ladies behind the counter were knowledgeable and made the experience fun. Look for the big fat cat by the door who pretends he (or she)... More

We stopped in here because of the new wine maker who had been at Adelaide winery. He has introduced to Peachy Canyon the concept of an outstanding Zinfandel. Terry has been there just long enough that the new releases are of his creation. The general tasting room was also very friendly.

My dad, sisters and I stopped by Peachy Canyon because we really enjoyed one of their red Zin's with our dinner. The winery is in a gorgeous location and the building itself is an old, remodeled school house so from the outside it looked warm and inviting. When walking in I caught the eye of one of the employee's behind... More

Hi Lenya, This will perhaps be a slightly more personal management response than I would normally give: Let me start by saying I cannot overstate how disappointed I am that a staff member at Peachy left you with such a bad taste in your mouth. Many of our staff are on the "younger side" for a winery, so I know... More

Guarded diligently by two ranch felines, Herbie and Peaches, this winery is one of the top five in Paso. Pat was our host and a brilliant and charming teacher about he complex and cleverly crafted ZIN's of Peachy Canyon. travelling with vintners from Sonoma Valley, our collective favorite was the Mustang Springs offering with the Vortex as a close second.... Did a little wine tasting and then enjoyed the wines so much we ended up purchasing a couple of bottles. Right across the street from Castoro Cellers so you can enjoy two fine vinyards without a lot of driving.
