We have been coming to Mount Palomar for over 20 years, but do finally came around to becoming club members. Mount Palomar has great wines, served by an awesome staff. They recently opened a new restaurant. We will be eating there in a few weeks....review to follow then. The ambiance of Palomar is second to none. It feels like you... More

We visited about ten wineries in Temecula and this one was at the bottom of the heap. Their system is that you first purchase tasting from front register and then server sets you up at bar. The person at the register first helped someone else who came up at the same time as us and then got busy on the... More

We’re sorry that you didn’t enjoy your visit to Mount Palomar Winery, we always strive for the best possible service and it looks like we may have come up a little short. Saturdays can be a very busy time for wine country, and there’s always a little bit of a wait, especially since we want to take time with each... More

We went to Mount Palomar Winery which has nice views of the surrounding area. The winery has 315 acres and is a popular wedding venue as well as winery. During the week tasting is $12.00 for six tastings. We enjoyed our wine tasting and liked the reds the best. The staff is good and its a fun place to go... More

We visited Mount Palomar Winery on a Tuesday when the crowds were low. Taylor was our server and was excellent at serving our wine samples while providing us the history/background of the wines we selected. The grounds of the winery are outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating while we sampled the wines and small plates we ordered (the hummus... More

Mt. Palomar Winery hosted a 5k and they were wonderful I'm caring for all of us who were cold and soaking wet from the pouring rain! Such a good time in spite of weather!

Hi Julie - We're so glad you enjoyed the 5k! It was inspiring to see how many people still came out to run, despite all of the rain, and we're happy that we could make things a little more comfortable for you. If you like 5k runs, we're hosting another one in February - http://bit.ly/5kkiss Hopefully the weather will be... More

My husband and I have recently got married at this incredible winery! We had never been to California before the wedding so all our research to find the BEST winery was done online & via email. The first time we saw this place in person was the day before our wedding when we met with Lauren; the wedding coordinator at... More

We have ever stayed 2 hours at a winery just for a tasting but that is what happened at Mount Palomar. We fell in love with this winery today. It is beautiful to just walk around and enjoy the beautiful views all around. We got our wines from the outside bar (Nathan was an amazing bartender and really listened to... More

This is a very good choice for a wine tasting stop in Temecula if you're up in the area. They have a very decent tasting price, generous pours, and a great little bistro called Shorty's on-site. The reds here are definitely worth a try.

Another Temecula Valley treasure, or maybe I am just a wine-o. The tasting room is nice and so are the people who work there. The food is good along with the wine you can buy for half price when you order two entrees, a deal. Always look forward to a visit.
