Interesting place to visit after visiting the winery

Great shops to visit and restaurants to grab a bite to eat in a three block area along with several places having live music.

If you visit the wine country on a week day, this is the best alternative for finding a spot to eat. Very nice western style little town. Do not miss Temecula olive oil co for olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting.

Be sure to take the free guided tour from the museum and learn about the background and history of Temecula and Old Town and then go on to enjoy the unique stores and restaurants. There is always a festive atmosphere in Old Town, especially when there is an event or at night. Love the theater, currently being renovated, but which... More

Fun place to spend the day shopping, wine tasting, olive oil sampling, and eating in the many restaurants and microbreweries!

Great little town with plenty to see and do. We walked through and ventured into some of the shops off Main Street - fantastic non-commercial shopping, bought an olive tree and small wall ornament. You could easily spend the afternoon here.

Hot mid-day summer, but fun stroll around with a few unique sights after early dinner. Cute little shops and a metal sculpture garden. Western themed. A former train stop in train- heyday.

We like to come here periodically from San Diego. There are a number of very nice restaurants. My wife also likes the antique stores. Keep in mind there are two large antique shops across the river- about a 5 minute walk. They have kept away most, but not all, of the tourist trap feel.

With Old Town Temecula, there's lots to explore. The shops are mainly small business, but they really have that home, cozy, close vibe. They're not like a mass-produced shop. I've seen some amazing plays and shows at the theater, and also saw some decent concerts in front of city hall. Some great photo opportunities. If you're into it, they also... More

There are a lot of good shops here, some good values and a lot of variety. There's a good smoke shop if that's your thing. A lot of restaurants with good variety but they all seem pricey and crowded. Good for a few hours wandering around
