Hart is a great place to stop when in Temecula for both wine snobs and newbies alike. The winery is one of the oldest and of course has some of the best wines. The service is always friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The winery is small and cozy and very cute with a small outdoor patio with... More

One of the original wineries in the Temecula Wine Area, Hart doesn't have all of the extras (restaurant, fancy retail outlet, etc.) it just has some of the best red wines and friendliest people around. If you are going for good wine, don't miss this winery.

This is a small winery with pretty decent wine. We liked sitting outside looking over the vineyards and the fields beyond. The tasting room is next to the bottling center. When we were there they had the door open so you could see them working. It was so loud that conversation was difficult. We had to go outside. Nice place.

We have been to Hart Winery a few times, and after 1 visit we became members of their wine club. The tastings are now free and already reasonably priced wines are even less expensive. We are not generally red wine people, but we love their wines! The folks that staff the tasting room are always very friendly and knowledgable. Hart... More

What a delight! We sampled 7 wines and liked them all - particularly the Grenache. This is a small winery that does not distrubute its wines nationally but features excellent red wines. We wished we lived there to enjoy them! The view of the valley is lovely and the estate house is particularly attractive. The staff person was very knowledgable... More

The winery itself was just okay. It felt cold inside and not much to browse through in their shop while tasting. The wine makers on the other hand were so friendly and charming. It was a father son who you can tell love what they do:)

Hart Winery was our first stop in the Temecula Wine Country. The wine tasting area was inside a small barn; the server was knowledgeable and friendly, the wine was very good but prices of bottled wine were expensive.

Everything we tasted was excellent. Their Sangiovese and the limited bottling of Montepulciano were particularly good. I will order a case when I get home. Also, the staff and atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant.

They used to mainly make only Rhone Varietals, but that has changed. They have ditched the Rhone, and went with the popular, even though being different is what made them good. But they have jumped the shark when it has come to wine production. They used to be different, but they have gone with the flow, and now they like... More

No Rhone wines? We currently have available three Rhone wines; our 2010 and 2011 Roussanne and our Rhone blend, "Tres Hermanos" which is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah. Soon we will be bottling our 2010 Syrah, our 2010 Grenache and our 2011 Mourvedre, Like many small wineries we don't always have all of our wines available for tasting,... More
