My husband and I recently completed a wine tasting at Leoness and were so excited to find a Temecula winery whose wines could compete with Sonoma and Napa wine country. If you enjoy big dry reds with intense earthy bouquets coupled with divinely soft full finishes, you will love this place. We quickly joined the club and are so happy... More

Not only do they have a very nice tasting room, they have our favorite Dry Muscat, which we always stop for when in the area. The dining area is beautiful as well as the grounds. They have nice music on the weekends and very relaxing. Nice patio area to sip and enjoy the scenery. Chose the Italian pizza flatbread, great... More

This was my 2nd time to the winery. Last June I was there for a family wedding. I returned with friends last Sun and we enjoyed a tasting of wines and a delicious cheese board and lunch. Then we went back in for some port wine and chocolate at the suggestion of our waiter. It was such a perfect afternoon.... More

I have been to this winery twice in my time visiting Temecula. We had very informative tours of the winery and barrel room. The tasting room is very nice as were the wines. If you are going to be in the area this is a must see winery. The patio is a great place to enjoy a bottle!

This is some of the best wine we've had. Hands down. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and ready to please. And, to top it off, the patio is great and had probably one of the best views on Temecula. I can't wait to get back to Leoness!

First, I have to admit, we prefer the more rustic surroundings of the De Portola Wine Trail (vs. Rancho California). That said, Leoness is quite a refined stop on this wine trail. The patio has my favorite views in the valley -- long views of the southern mountains. It's well situated to take advantage of the breezes, so it's generally... More

When we arrived at Leoness we were greeted our tour guide Tony. He gave us a very informative tour from the vineyard, to production, to storage and then to a private tasting room. Leoness has some of the best wines on the market. Not for sale in stores. Can only buy it through their wine club or on a wine... More

I live in Temecula and enjoy the many wineries close by. Leoness is one of my favorites. Its located on De Portola among the many vineyards and ranches Temecula is known for. This winery has a particularly beautiful view with this gorgeous church in the distance that puts you visually in Italy or France. The wine tasting is is very... More

My Daughter and I greatly enjoyed our tour and tastings. Anne was our knowledgeable guide. Going on a weekday was a plus. No crowds and touring at a leisurely pace.

We recently visited Leoness Cellars on a trip to Temecula. We reviewed many wineries in the area before selecting Leoness because they seemed most serious about their wines. Many other area wineries seemed to be more like holiday destinations. We took the VIP tour and tasting and were really pleased. We viewed their facilities and talked wine philosophy with Dawn....
