Enjoyed some good wine here. Not as impressed with the expensive tour. I would imagine that it's a much better experience when they are producing and we were told that you want to do the 11 AM tour during those times if you want the best opportunity to see something. Cheese pairing following was fun, but the tour is kind... More

This is probably the most well known winery in Temecula. The grounds are very pretty but the tasting room is average. It was kind of dark with NO character at all. Tastings are $20. I was so unimpressed by the setting that I choose not to even taste the wine. It felt very commercial.

The place is larger than the typical winery since it has its own hotel, gift shops and restaurant. The facility was well-maintained. We had a small lunch in addition to enjoying their wine. The food was very well done. Our waiter was wonderful. The dessert wine I had was wonderful.

The wine and service is average but the climate makes a big difference. They don't have A/C ao go outside of summer. That plus a lot of people waiting for a server can get pretty annoying. The servers are nice but need more of them. They offer a military discount on tastings and bottles. I mY have a better experience... More

This was the amusement park of wineries, and I don't mean that in a good way. One family member referred to this winery as Six Flags over California wineries. There were too few servers providing service to the mass of people that were trying to get wine here. There was no time for any education, nor time to ask any... More

If you can try taking a guided tour of the winery, the tastings after give a good overview of their wines.

Our 1st visit and we give it 5 stars. How can you beat superb wines, classic dishes, service and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Check out the catch of the day and save room for dessert with your wine pairing.

This is a beautiful venue. The wines are great and they have walls and walls of awards to prove it. You can get tickets to taste 5 wines. But we chose just to buy a bottle and some cheese and sit on the deck and enjoy it without dealing with the crowds in the tasting lines. It was cheaper and... More

We were completely unprepared for this winery's procedures. First, in order to taste wines here, you must stand in line at the gift shop to buy a tasting card. Second, take card to tasting room to select choices. Third, if wish to buy any wines, return to stand in line at gift shop. We visited mid-week, so no long waits,... More

Wife and I met my son and his GF here last Sunday for our 25th wedding anniversary. I wish I could recall the name of our pourer, far right side, he was young, blond and very knowledgeable. Our visit was all the more special because of him. Kudos young man, Jimmy should be very proud of you and your top... More
