Took my 7 and 9 old boys there last week. We did the Flying Squirrel course and they loved it. I thought I would go along to "supervise" them, but I quickly realized that a) that wasn't required and b) the course is not really built for a 48 year old man :). Once the kids clip onto the line... Tahoe Treetop advertises that this isn't your "passive" zipline adventure and that is sooo true. This is more of a "ropes course" (think climbing, swinging, balancing), and it is awesome fun. For the advanced course, Monkey course, you need to be adventurous and if you're afraid of heights, then this is definitely not for you (unless you can quickly overcome... More

We have done a lot of treetop adventures, and this is definitely our favorite! The guides were awesome, and the obstacles just right. My sister and I, not liking heights, stayed on the squirrel course, and it was perfect for our skill level. The teens hit the monkey course, and got through all five courses. We went on a Monday... The Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park gets you moving, gets you laughing and gets your heart racing... I was (and am still) scared of heights, but the opportunities for fun made me forget it (mostly). The crew there is engaging and helpful for all ages, assisting you through tricky parts of the ropes course or encouraging you off the zipline platform.... More

We were recently in Tahoe and almost every day without fail, we had thunderstorms in the afternoon. I have two girls ages 11 and 13 and we decided to try this out for the younger girls birthday. They both didn't want to get up early, so we had an arrival time of 11:45. The people who run the place were... More

I've been coming to Tahoe every summer for the last 49 summers. We're always looking for new experiences and adventures. Last year we tried to experience the zip-lining, but we found out about it too late in the week and did not reserve in advance, therefore, we were not able to try it. I put a reminder in my phone... I'm a chicken - so imagine my surprise (and great concern) when my family decided to visit the Treetop Adventure Park - woo hoo (OH NO). My youngest and I tried the Flying Squirrel course - we didn't need gloves at the beginning but the other reviewers were correct - at about the 1 1/2 hr mark - a cheap... More

We went on June30th and had one of the mid morning times. My husband and I with my 3 girls enjoyed and loved the Flying squirrel course. My youngest 5 years old did great with the encouragement from Mark! He was not only encouraging her but all the little ones!! He became her buddy by the end!! Some of the... More

We took our 5 yr old and 8 yr. old grand children here. We were apprehensive that our 5 yr. old would not be able to handle it, but with a little encouragement from his grandfather and big sister, he was able to do everything. If you have a timid child, an adult should plan on participating too. I think... More

We took two groups here, one for the more difficult Monkey course and then another for the less difficult Flying Squirrel course the next day. We split it so that someone could be watching the kids that were too young, since there is no playground or other place for really young kids to wait at while you are on the... More
