What can I say...I had high hopes. The day spa looks so visually appealing and I thought the service would match. We arrived 30 minutes early for our treatment and thought we might arrive early and relax prior to our treatment. However we were told that we were too early and had to come back. The lady advised to go... More

Yolanda, Thankyou for your review and comments. We would like to note that you actually attended last year and not August 14 as your review implies. As we discussed when we replied to your email last year our budget treatments do not receive the same level of services as our hamman packages, thus the expectation to have the entire spa... More

I can recommend this Spa & Management from a professional Beauty Therapist myself! Sensational wet areas which I need to return to experience. Thankyou & Good Luck Nina

I had a facial and back massage and they were both good except it was constantly interrupted with the therapist leaving the room and to me this was highly unprofessional. I was so excited to visit but was left pretty disappointed. There needs to be a more professional approach to the business. I love the entrance and front of the... More

I took my daughter for her birthday and we both had a lovely treatment. We plan to go again and suggest if anyone reading this wants a great treatment ,something a little different it is a must do. Nina was very pleasant and professional and we can't wait to go again.

Lella Hammam is the perfect place for a bit of indulgence. You leave relaxed and invigorated, with baby soft skin. The eyebrow threading is also good.

This was an exceptional treatment. The skin has never been so nourished from any other treatment in Australia. The Moroccan oils are unique and the steam room far better than any sauna you wil lfind in australia.

This was my second time here. Now it has moved from under the Meriton to out on Ashmore Road, but it is easily reached by bus from Pacific Fair (stop C, route 18). The rooms are bigger and they offer extra treatments. I had the traditional hammam and massage, like last time. $160 for one and a half hours of... More

We had a full body detox lymphatic massage, which was great, however I do feel that it was a little over priced.Only because we have a lot of these massages and some are a lot cheaper and just as good.Staff were lovely and the setting is great, although it has moved from Broadbeach to Bundal now.

A full body pamper, a wonderful facial or the best pedicure that I've had have all been here. Great atmosphere, good pricing & a memorable experience. Perfect for both men and women and you don't feel ripped off, just walk out feeling great.

My daughter and I were keen to check out this Moroccan spa and decided to do the Royal Hammam + massage as a treat for a special occasion. The staff were very friendly and experienced. We started with a sauna and then had the scrub and rinse. The temperature of the water was just right so we really enjoyed it.... More
