We were very happy with our experience with the Trolley Wine Tour. It was easy to find the Trolley, the guide Will, was very interesting and informative. Lunch was excellent and was served outside in one of the Wineries. Lunch was prepared by The Girl in the Fig restaurant.

I think $99 is a bit much to ride on an open-air trolley that just takes you to 4 wineries that you could visit on your own. The cost of the wine tastings is not covered by the price of the trolley. We did have a nice lunch at one of the wineries, which was included in the price. Just... More

We booked the wine trolley at the last minute not knowing what to expect. Unfortunately on the day we booked the trolley was undergoing maintenance so we had a bus instead, but that was no big deal. We were lucky to have a lot of really fun people on our tour that day. We were taken to four wineries and... More

The wine trolley was one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved the open air aspect that allowed us to see all of the gorgeous scenery. They chose four very different wineries, a very small winery, a larger winery where they took us out to the vineyards and took us into the caves, a more ornate winery that... More

Even though the back of the trolley was windy and bumpy, our driver Gordon got us to the wineries with plenty of time for tasting and relaxing. Ben at Ravenswood was Awsome and laid back by far the best tasting and tour of the day. Lunch was yummy and plenty of food !

For me, this was a day trip to Sonoma for wine tasting with friends without having to drive while drinking. The trip was everything I expected and more. Arrived in the morning and boarded the trolley. Visited 4 vineyards for wine tasting, all of which we're fabulous for different reasons. Would definitely visit 2of them again (Benzinger and VJB). Had... More

We were in town for a wedding and booked a large group for this tour. It was great fun! The four wineries chosen each had their own distinct character which we appreciated. At the end of the day, I forgot a purchased bottle of wine on the trolley. When I called the next day, one of the Trolley's employees offered... More

The tour was fantastic! I guess the trolley itself broke down the day before our tour, but John still had a luxury bus for us to use. We visited four wineries, and all four soms at the locations gave us tours and plenty of information about their California wine making process. The wine was great, and we bought three bottles... My husband and I only had one day in Sonoma Valley to explore the wine country. It was nice to have 4 local wineries selected rather than having to determine which ones to visit. Each was unique for types of wines, building, and marketing. Also the trolley had a better view than driving in a car and we didn't have... More

The tour was fine but each stop turned into a classroom like lesson. The Ravenswood stop was very good and informative.Lunch was excellent, after lunch would have been better if the last two stops were tasting only. The driver was pleasant and a good guy,I think management should take a ride on the Monterey wine Trolley to see how it should be done.
