Sebastiani has a really interesting history and the largest collection of old wood wine barrels. Matt had given us a private tour and tasting, he was very knowledgeable and we really enjoyed our visit. My parents are avid fans of Sebastiani and always have a case of their wines at home, so it was nice to try their other selections... More

We were taking by our family to visit this winery for a wine tasting. Having never been at a winery for a tasting before we opted to have both lists of wine (one was $10 and the other was $ 15 for five samples). Our guide was extremely helpful in explaining the different wines and styles we were sampling. He... More

A friend recommened the Barbera, so we stopped in on a slow Tuesday afternoon. I'm not sure if it was the end of the day for Kathryn but she wasn't very engaging. I explained I was there to buy the barbera and asked if the tasting fee is waived with purchase. She replied that it wasn't. $25 for 5 tastings,... More

We rode bikes borrowed from the Fairmont Hotel where we were staying. We rode the 2 miles or so to the winery, most of the ride is on the bike/walking trail. We had a very informative, relaxed tasting time with Dennis. He was non-judgemental with our questions, which is always wonderful since wine tastings can be somewhat intimidating. He has... More

For a nominal fee, you can taste different Sebastiani wines or purchase a bottle and enjoy your food on their beautiful grounds. Or for free, you can sample Sebastiani Chocolate Wine Syrups. My favorite, was the Chocolate Cabernet Syrup.

We went on a slow Monday and had a great chat with Julie during our tasting. We loved hearing about the winery's history and where the grapes from each wine came from. We really had a fantastic visit.

Surprisingly good wine in a pleasant tasting room. Host was knowledgeable and provided good background on both the company and the wines.

Was there for the first time this past December. The seating by the fireplace was very cozy. Bob helped us, very amicable and helpful giving us tips as to where to go during our visit in Sonoma. The wines were great. Did the reserve wines tasting, the zinfandel and cabs were very tasty.

We have visited Sebastiani Vineyards Winery a number of times. There is a fountain area before one gets into the winery. There is a nice, but often, busy wine tasting bar. There is also a gift store with various products, including food and chocolate. The nice sitting area by the fire is perfect on a cool wintery day. We also... More

Some colleagues and I had the opportunity to stop by Sebastiani while in Northern California. If you are fortunate enough to be there when she is working, Krassimira will take great care of you. She is very knowledgeable on the wine and walks you through every little step. Couldn't have been happier with the staff and wonderful wine. Will be... More
