If you're traveling to the wine country, stop by Viansa Winery on the south end of The Valley of the Moon (Sonoma Valley). Buy a bottle of wine to share and sit on the patio overlooking the beautiful Sonoma Valley. You may want to try their tasting to pick the best wine for you, but sitting outside to enjoy is... More

We have been longtime members of Viansa Winery. We have traveled there on several occasions, once for a Viansa sponsored event and another to celebrate my husband's birthday with family. We have even taken a river cruise sponsored by Viansa. Their wine is very good. Their location is lovely, almost magical. I strongly recommend a visit (or two).

We stopped on the way out of Napa on our way to LA in the morning around 10:00 just after it opened and we were glad we did. Nice place set atop a hill with great views of the vineyards below. They had a great deal to mail wines back to MA, so we took advantage of it and mailed... More

The grounds are absolutely beautiful! But most important, each wine we tasted, we loved. The vineyard has many goodies for purchase and a fabulous cheese counter. I enjoyed the flavorful wines SO much I purchased a membership on the spot!

I took more vineyard pictures here than on any other stop on our trip. Visit the marketplace for a nibble amend libation and take them both outside to enjoy a true wine country experience. You will not be disappointed!

When we found that one of our old favorites had reopened, we made a point to make time during our week trip, to visit Viansa. What used to be a vibrant place, full of Vino y Cuccino, and a staff who was very knowledgeable and eager to help, has reincarnated into a non-dimensional tasting room, with uninterested staff. The grounds... More

Sit on their terrace with a bottle of wine and enjoy the views and the live music if they have it. You should not miss this Sonoma Valley vineyard or the one right next door, Jacuzzi. The views are some of the best.

Visited today as our first Sonoma experience. Nice looking place, totally uninspired service and lackluster wines. Our wine pourer offered little to no background story on the vineyard or wines themselves; generally lacking conversation period. Will not be back and do not recommend visiting. There are way too many wineries to patronize in Sonoma and Napa.

This is the most beautiful winery we visited. And the wines were exceptional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend adding this stop to your itinerary. And Lorenzo was exceptionally helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

Wow, wow, wow! The view itself is completely worth the stop. After tasting we chose a favorite, and sat outside with a glass overlooking the breathtaking view. You must see it for yourself. The Italian market place has some beautiful cheeses and other unique items that just add to the experience. Their Pinot Grigio was our definite favorite of entire... More
