We came here on a rainy Thursday and were surprised to find their beautifully appointed tasting room was half full. Had the weather been nicer, we would have loved to tour their vineyard and caves. The staff was friendly and attentive, the sparkling wines were delicious and reasonably priced. If you have a visa signature card, they do honor it... More

Had such a great visit on a very rainy day. We were greeted at the door immediately and sat in the very modern tasting room. everything is done table side and they offer tastings of wine flights and by the glass. Service was great. We will be back

Had been looking forward to tasting Gloria's prize winning bubbly. Poor signage...and a very sterile atmosphere. Did stumble into a side area where there was a couple standing in front of a small table where an older gentleman was eschewing to them Ferrer's many notable accomplishments. No GF person had made an effort to greet us in any way...matched the... More

We keep trying to like Gloria's since the big renovation but they have definitely lost their magic. We went on a rainy Monday and still no one would wait on us. I could hear the waitstaff behind me discussing their holiday plans and tough driving conditions but no one would come take our order. After we finally got served, we... More

Tasting started well, but the wait. Sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us out and to buy wine. Need more staff.

Sitting on the veranda overlooking the valley below with vineyards and the hills in the background what better way to spend your first stop traveling north into Sonoma Valley. The wines are spectacular and the view is amazing. The tapas we ordered paired well with the wines. Great place to begin your wine journey heading north of San Francisco.

Having drunk Gloria Ferrer bubbles in San Francisco we couldn't wait to get to Sonoma to try more! The wines are great, in particular the Blanc de Noirs - YUM! We did the tour and that was a disappointment - the guide wasn't very enthusiastic or knowledgeable - he seems to just read things of the pictures on the walls... More

The sparkling wines were lovely. We enjoyed the terrace and flights, though there were many flies outside which was annoying. Our tour was lovely, received a healthy amount of bubbly along the way, but I had expected more of a tour inside of the caves, at least a walk through. We only stood atop a platform and looked at them.... More

There is a lot to love about this winery - the facility is beautiful, the sparkling wine is quite good and the view is wonderful. But mostly we were impressed by the people who worked there - everyone we came into contact with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had only intended to stop for 30 minutes, but as we...
