The park has a huge castle like climbing game made entirely of wood, so it's soft and does not get so hot in the summer. It has bridges, monkey bars, swings and beautiful landscape. There are also areas with small wooden houses (ginger-house like) and stuff for younger kids. It's definitely waldorf style and my kids loved it.

If I have the right park it is just behind town. It is well maintained...BBQ's and picnic facilities are there. but the peace and quiet and rambling paths are very enjoyable. Take a lunch or not...a good stop.

Very fun unique park! My 6 & 8 year olds are already asking to go back as we are driving away. Good parking, restrooms and great for toddlers on up.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to Solvang (because of the reviews we saw on tripadvisor). There are playing areas for older kids and younger (under 5). There are lots of covered picnic tables/benches, bathroom, large grass area for kicking/throwing a ball around. The park was clean and well maintained. There were lots of other families there. All... This is one of the coolest parks in one of the most beautiful locations. My kids had a blast! There is a large grass area and a large and smaller playground with a beautiful castle-type design. It's about 10 minutes from Solvang. We came across lot's of friendly people here.

Just outside the city, worth the drive. Huge play structure with slides and swings. Clean Restrooms and huge parking lot. Don't take sandals! The flooring is bark- tennis shoes a must! There is a 2-5 year old area where you MUST supervise your kiddos. Seating in the shade for parents.
