This is a great museum/presidential library. Displays were attractive and informative. Docents were helpful and knowledgable. Videos were short enough that I felt willing to stop and listen. (Sometimes videos in museums require a large time commitment but these did not.) The museum covers Reagan's early years (boyhood, acting career), governorship of California, presidency, and later life. I enjoyed the... More

Visiting this Presidential Library was indeed an eye opener, particularly when you listen to President Reagan speak. Now...compare his speeches with those of current presidential candidates and its astounding....This man was truly amazing. The library is chock full of memorabilia including Air Force One and Marine One which you can board and tour. His grave site is also there and... More

We visited this attraction purely by chance and boy was I glad I did. Entry was $16 and this included a self tour of Airforce 1 and a glimpse into how the Oval office looked during his time in service. I was in awe the whole time I was there. Even the views overlooking the mountains were spectacular. Ive been... More

It made me miss a leader of his stature so much. The current administration could' not even hold his hat.

The only reason to visit Simi Valley. Not much else to see or do. Well, I guess the visit to the Junkyard Café was another highlight of the trip. If in the area and hungry, check it out. A must see!

What a great place to spend time learning about one of our recent Presidents and seeing all the interesting items in this vast museum. Air Force One can be found here along with the Oval Office. Listen to speeches about a very important time in America's history and the man that lead us during those days. This location provides the visitor... More

A very imposing building in an incredible setting. Huge amount of education for anyone wanting to learn about Reagan and his journey to power from the silver screen. Seeing AF1 and Marine 1 as well as well as the limos. I was also really impressed with the pictures showing how AF1 was actually put into the building. It's a vast... More

The reason I'm giving it a 3+ is because I felt there was way too much emphasis on foreign policy issues and economic issues with a lot of information to read. I would have preferred more emphasis on Reagan's youth, Hollywood years, and his personal life and mementos. The huge pavilion with Airforce 1 and other vehicles was impressive. It's... More

After visiting the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Richard Nixon Library my husband and I have decided to make a point to visit all of the presidential libraries. A special way of learning about the growth of our country.

I take my 5th-grade class here every year for the interactive program, Air Force 1 and the museum tour. A fascinating overview of the life and history of President Reagan. My favorite part is Air Force One. It is beautifully positioned in a huge pavilion, so it seems to be flying over the hills of Simi Valley.
