Always a wonderful experience at Brander. The wine is great and the people very fun. Great place to picnic as well.

If you like wineries that are not found at Safeway you will love this one. Wonderful wines we spent our budget here but well worth it. The people are very receptive and knowledgeable. Tastings are $10 and $15 but if you but 3 bottles the fee is waved for 1. You will not regret the stop.

Standard wine tasting set up in a smallish tasting room. Despite it being not too busy it felt like the pourer was pretty mechanical. The wine selection was decent but nothing stood out.

Normally don't drink Sauvignon Blanc... However, I had to buy a bottle. Big and rich for a white wine. Delicious!

We stopped at Brander because the one before wasn't open yet and what a great stopped it turned out to be! We chose the classic flight and bought 3. The one named after his daughter was our fav. We also bought the F/Red and a merlot. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their wines and the area. They... More

fun and attentive staff.....don't pet the cat more than twice she bites, but a fun companion as I drank some wine and learned about the vineyard. I'm a red wine guy, but their whites are worth a taste. view is great......I bought wine....white wine.....the one named after the son is very good......it did not make it back to NYC......I have... The 2012 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was good but slightly overpriced at $50. Other wines were just average for this area other than the Sauvignon Blanc. Reserve tasting fee $15. Nice location. Good service.

A neighbor turned me on to Brander Vineyard a few years ago and I've been a wine club member ever since! The reds are full bodied and crisp and the whites are crisp and full of flavor. My favorite is the Cuvee Nicholas and I always go home with a bottle. I sampled the Bouchet blend for the first time... More

We went here on a tour recently and even though my best experiences are usually when we drive ourselves and can go at our own pace, this was the best tasting experience I have ever had in Santa Ynez. I expected good Sauvignon Blanc because I had Brander wines before, but the Cuvee Nicholas that Shinay recommended was to die... More

The Bouchet blend and the Cabernet Reserve are great, but Brander is still the best place in the world for Sauvignon Blanc. Who needs New Zealand?
