We visited St Francis for a wine tasting during our stay in Kenwood, Sonoma. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting - both for the superb wine and information we gained. We had a wine tasting each so were poured 10 different wines in total allowing us to sample more of the wines. Our only... More

Made reservations as far out as possible based upon all the spectacular reviews, including the "Voted #1 in America" by Open Table users. We walked in skeptical and walked out convinced! Even before the scheduled meal time, and as you check in, one is poured a glass of sauvignon blanc to enjoy as you walk around. At the scheduled time,... More

Reserved a wine pairing luncheon based on the wonderful reviews and my husband and I were certainly in agreement; it was fabulous. Lovely semi circular setting for our food/wine experience while gazing at a beautiful landscape. Our server was very informative and most pleasant. Each small (appetizer size) plate of food was accompanied by a wine. Each were different but... More

My wife and I made reservations for the food and wine pairing (reservations a must as they go fast). We were a little scared as we didn't know what half of the food was on the menu (come on we are from the south...it's fried chicken and taters). When we first arrived they give you a glass of wine to... More

This food and wine pairing was well worth the price. About sixteen people are seated around in a semi-circle and five courses of appropriate food and wines are served. Our favorite was the salmon with pepper and zucchini. The seasoning was subtle and brought out the wonderful taste of the red wine. Also worth mentioning was the chicken with mushrooms... More

St Francis is one of my favourite California wine and had a chance to come to Sonoma to check them out. I was really glad I did because the food here was amazing. Yes the food, that's very different from many other wineries around. St Francis had a chef, not just a kitchen. The $30 cost to enjoy charcuterie on... More

We visited St. Francis today for the food and wine pairing. What an incredible deal for $30. The wines were all wonderful and the food was top notch. Our server was Carol, who was friendly, not pretentious, and informative without being over-bearing. She gave us space to enjoy our wine and food, while also attending to anything we needed. We... I chose a 'destination' winery as our first stop on the trail. I wanted a beautiful winery, something that would allow us to relax and just enjoy the beauty of the area. St. Francis exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting the wine to be as good, but it also exceeded my expectations. We did not do the food pairing, but... More

...There are so many things to do in Wine Country. Where do you start? And, with so many opinions, it can be hard to wade through all the reviews. If you do anything in Sonoma County at all, make sure you have time for a Wine & Food Pairing at St. Francis. Without a doubt, this is the best Wine... More

We are members of St. Francis Wine Club and we enjoyed our last food and wine pairing so much, that it was at the top of our list on this trip. We were not disappointed! We had wonderful wines paired with gourmet foods over five courses. One of the best things we did on our trip this time and last.
