This is a lovely county park with a lake and walking paths situated in the city of Santa Rosa. Whenever I have gone, I have felt a little out of it being one of the few visitors without a dog on a leash. A nice place to relax and dog watch.

This is such a beautiful peaceful place for people of all ages to come and walk, jog, and relax. We loved going on long walks and jogs here each morning during our Christmas vacation. There is also a ParCourse with 18 stations along the way for those who want to add some extra serious exercise challenges. It was wet and... More

it's perfect for a little stroll. it takes 2 hours to walk slowly and enjoy the scenery. if you're hoofin' it you can make it in an hour-ish. it's busy on weekends. make sure your off the trail after dark. creeps.

It is an amazing walkable park. There are small boats to rent, families from throughout the nearby urban as well as the surrounding wine country area enjoy the small and group sized picnic areas which are accessible to anyone who pays the parking fee or walks into the park. The city planners or maybe the voters made it clear that... More

I visit here frequently to run or walk the trail or take my daughter to adjoining Howarth park. It's beautiful, we'll maintained and I always feel safe. During the summer the cafe is awesome. The lake is unfortunately unswimable but it's a beautiful back drop. There is lots of wildlife to see, too.
