We landed in Santa Rosa to check out the brewery, and were looking for a place to hang for an hour or so. We found this part on a map, and set by the lake on one of many benches, to read and just take it easy. At the our reading time, we went over the lagoon to take a... More

Yes my kids will be out on a peddle boat with there phone, but they are posting photos of everything they are seeing in nature and the best part is they are... More

You can't swim in the lake but instead swim in the lagoon.. There were 20 or so geese and poo under foot from them!!! This is a small place to swim and the " sand" is more like mud . Not a place I would ever go back too.

Parking good, open to public with tennis courts, baseball diamond, clearly marked paved walking paths. Play area for the young set with bars and swings, Barbeque pits--a real must try for the morning walk or anytime.

There is nothing to dislike about this park, umm unless you don't like the great beautiful outdoors of Northern California.

Spring Lake Park is Santa Rosa's treasured venue for walking, jogging, walking, fitness activity course, and working out for health, competitions, or just relaxation and enjoying changing views of the lake. Many high school cross country track teams use the higher trails for conditioning purposes. My wife and I use the trails and steeper hikes to the upper lakes and... More

I walk there on a regular basis and I love the scenery, the peaceful energy. You can boat, walk, hike, bike, play all in one place.

The entire walk is around 3 miles. The views and interactions with nature are relaxing. Go in the afternoon during the week. There may be more people than desired especially on the weekends by go for that walk. It is still enjoyable!

You have to pay to park in the parking lot (when we were last there it was $7) but there is usually parking on the street if you don’t an extra walk. This is a clean, well-maintained park with mature trees and a 72-acre lake as its centerpiece. There is also a 3-acre swimming lagoon with lifeguard stands open during... More
