Our guided kayaking tours will take you on a serene and beautiful excursion to Santa Margarita Lake, where you are sure to see an abundance of birds and wildlife. Tour includes lunch. On our zipline tours, you will embark on five distinct ziplines spanning more than 4,800 total feet, starting with an epic 1,300-foot valley crossing and finishing with our biggest yet: a whopping 1,800-foot soar over right over the vineyard! Tour - Along the way, you will learn about the ranch's remarkable natural features and role as part of California's famed Mission Trail. Your tour concludes in the historic hamlet of Santa Margarita, where you have the option to sample wines from the ranch. Advance reservations are required. Nature - During your tour, you will experience the remarkably diverse natural environment of Santa Margarita Ranch, which spans five distinct soil types and numerous habitats across 14,000 acres. Sustainability - Santa Margarita Ranch is a testament to how native ecosystems can be nurtured and even restored within a working ranch and vineyard environment. During your tour, you will learn about the numerous sustainable practices that are making a difference in the land and what it produces. History - From early Native American inhabitants to Spanish padres, Mexican generals and colorful outlaws, Santa Margarita Ranch boasts an illustrious cultural and historical pedigree that is unrivaled on California's Central Coast. Wine - Santa Margarita Ranch's sustainably farmed vineyard is the southernmost vineyard in the Paso Robles American Viticultural Area (AVA). During your tour, you will discover why Sunset Magazine called Paso Robles "the West's most exciting wine region." With our four ziplines, we aim to change your perspective, both literally and figuratively. Our tour is designed to accentuate our larger mission: to promote a deeper appreciation for our natural surroundings, and to ultimately see things a bit differently while providing a thrilling experience along the way. « less

So how many times have you zipped past the Santa Margarita exit on the 101 thinking that it was just a way to get to somewhere else. Well, SM is now on our destination list. First time zippers here and we couldn't have been happier with the tour. If zip lines that land you on platforms in the middle of... More

Loved the zip lines, what a great staff they have. I think the best part was learning the history of the land and winery. Zip lines were fun. The last one requires a hike that was a little difficult for my mom at 77, wish they would have told us in advance that there was no rush and that around... More

This zipline tour was a lot of fun! There were only 4 people in our group since it's the end of the summer season, but they can take around 20 people at a time. We had time to go wine tasting before hand, and the Margarita Adventures gave us a coupon for the occasion which was awesome. The tour guides... More

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The complete tour with the 5 zip lines is about 2hrs. So worth the money. Amazing views. The staff are wonderful and friendly.

When visiting SLO County and looking for something new to do, I would highly recommend this activity. While most zip line adventures would be over after the first 1500' run, this one is just getting started. Here you get Five different runs over and through forest and vineyards. The staff was fun, yet highly professional, and safety was integral to... More

If you are into Ziplining, I think you will enjoy this company. If you don't think you will like it, I would consider giving it a try. My wife is afraid of heights and thought she would never do one. Now she can't wait to go again. This is the second zipline I have done. There were probably 20 in... More

This was an exciting way to spend an afternoon. The bus trip to the zip line site was very informative and full of local history. There were about 5 different lines with the first line definitely being the most exciting. The hike up the hill to the last line was a bit challenging (quite a steep hill) but water was... More

Fly like an Eagle. Ride like the wind. Free falling -- wait, no- not that one!! We had a fantastic time. Our driver was great. We were only expecting him to drive but he had great personality and was a very knowledgeable of the area and estate. He gave us a very tour. Ziplining was FANTASTIC! None in our party... More
