Don't miss your opportunity to taste some surprisingly complex winds among the beautiful redwoods with great outdoor seating and wonderful service.

My friend and I braved the rain to go to the coast. I am a huge fan of eau de vie and did not fancy going to Alameda to taste at Hanger One. Plus we both love the ocean. Bonny Doon's tasting room is conveniently located on Hwy One just about 7 or 8 miles north of Santa Cruz. Plenty... More

My partner said he had never seen me screw my face up at wine before. These were like vinegar. Apparently they used to be good but are now awful. Avoid. Don't waste your time. There are so many good ones to go to.

This is a must stop tasting room when in central California...although I have heard that they have moved again. The wine is great, we joined the club several years ago and the tasting room in both locations we visited was awesome.

We have enjoyed going to this place in the past but stopped here yesterday. The winery room used to be very inviting - bar stools, comfortable places to sit, the ability to order appetizers with your wine tasting, and if you wanted a full experience a restaurant. Now the winery is disheveled. There is standing room only at the bar;... More

We love the tasting room here. I love how open it is and the recycled wine bottle lighting. The wines are really good (get some of their Tempranillo before it's all gone!). The service was efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable. We have been here before and were sad to see the restaurant had closed but will still keep coming back.... More

The restaurant itself has a nice set up. Based upon their wine history it has some big wine barrels serving as a "cosy" corner with a table. However the high ceiling and the open square space doesn't add up to that desired cosy, private and warm atmosphere. In favour of being "organic" they use quite some wood. However to our... More

This is a great place to visit as the wine is very good and the food is excellent and quite different. The ambience inside the tasting room is informal while the tables in the dining area are far enough apart for some privacy. The real find though is to get a group in a booth and have the menu and... I was very disappointed to find that they no longer made ice wines, however I sampled the dessert wines that they had & found two that I bought to bring home( 4 bottles). The help were knowlegable about their wines & very helpful
