This boardwalk is everything a beach amusement area should be. Rides for every age, games, food, beach, and entertainment. The Giant Dipper, a 1920's era wooden roller coaster should not be missed! It's as good as Coney Island's world famous Cyclone. The night we went featured all rides for a dollar (sweet!), so the boardwalk was filled with families and... More

Have an hour, have two hours, make it 4 or more and you still will have only scratched the surface of this back to the 60's maybe 50's boardwalk. As others have posted the wooden roller coaster and the sounds of the clicky clack wheels against the rails brought back old memories from my childhood. there are the usual carny... More

This was good fun and lots of laughs, but a bit pricey if you wwere there all day. Loved the carosel and rollercoaster. Very family friendly but also lots of attractions to take money from you!! Lines weren't bad and the kids had a ball

Let your inner child play (or get fat) from the great rides and amazing carnival food! Prices are reasonable and the lines are not bad at all!

Santa Cruz should be proud to keep the old time coastal boardwalk alive and well. The rides are varies for all ages and kept in very good condition. The wooden roller coaster should not be missed. Lines were no longer than 10 minutes. The atmosphere was lively, safe and family friendly. Lots of smiles! Varied selection of food and drinks... More

Doing a father daughter trip and will be very honest when I make this review, I wouldn't return here. It was extremely trashy for people. I wouldn't return at all. It was a place where you get very screwed up on drugs or alcohol and there are those kind of addicts all over the board walk.

We came on a Friday morning as things were just getting started. Plenty of fun things to do, especially if you have kids 8 to 14 (we didn't). There are rides a plenty, food stands, slightly overpriced souvenier stands, game arcades and more.
