From 5 am to closing all rides are a dollar I have to get my rollercoaster hit also the bands on friday night are fun. My favorite was Johnny Rivers, back in the 90"s had no idea he written all those hits. English Beat was good too but they got ousted because the lead singer likes the girls on stage... More

The Santa Cruz beach Boardwalk is an "All in One" place for a Funtime Outing - Amusement, Beach & Food. A great place to spend the day. Children would Love it! We had gone there via the Beach Train through the Redwood forests - from Roaring Camp station in Felton. The train is run by the Big Trees & Pacific... More

My grandparents would come to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk 60 years ago, and although the crowd and prices have changed, not much else has. I used to go there as a child, and now I have introduced my children to this fun park. For most people who live in the Bay Area, Santa Cruz is a short enough drive... More

The Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is still fun. Beach, fried food, sunshine and The Big Dipper roller coaster do it for me. I know the Dipper is old school but it,s still fun. I think they do a great job in their arcade area with some vintage games mixed in with the modern ones. Laser tag is kind of ho-hum.... More

Cowells Beach is usually rated at do not have contact with water. Water is polluted by bird dropping and e. coli bacteria from sewage run off. Not safe. Also a big problem with needles and syringes on the beaches. Drug activity.

We were very pleasantly surprised at this great little beachside amusement park. There is a nice variety of rides for kids (even very young ones) and the whole place seemed very fresh and well maintained. No old, faded creaky rides here. We went mid-week and many of the lines were only 5 minutes or less. My 4 year old daughter... More

Every time I'm near Santa Cruz I have to walk the Boardwalk. The old fashioned atmosphere with the beach and the boardwalk and the rides I just love. Corn Dogs and Funnel cakes! The 1924 Giant Dipper Roller coaster, Haunted House ride, midway games and lots of eats. Watching Wind Surfers ride the waves. This Is Santa Cruz!

The Santa Cruz Beach "Boardwalk" is a great place for the family, or just to get away and relax ... they have rides for the bigger kids, as well as an area for the small toddlers. The Boardwalk is just what a beach attraction should be combination theme park, and carnival. Look on-line and in the paper for local discounts... More

Season starts in Mid to Late May..... Late to me. With the weather they have they could easily start sooner. From what I could tell it really is the place to be though, tons of things to do for all ages and no way to be bored. It's colorful and alive, the feeling it gives off is Wonderful!
