A very nice small Farmers Market in Downtown Santa Barbara on Saturday Mornings. Lots of high quality vendors with a wide variety of food products. The emphasis is on Farmers, not prepared foods and cheap crafts.

We found the Saturday market by accident. It's not large, but doesn't lack anything. A good mixture of fish, meat, flowers, veg etc. I only missed a good bread stall. I particularly liked the seafood. We got 2 lb's of shrimp for $10 they were fabulous. There Was an eclectic mix of music, some great, others cring worthy. I thing... More

I've been to Santa Barbara a few times, but this was the first time I attended the Farmer's Market and I will definitely go again. It was well organized, displays by most vendors were beautiful, lots of options to choose from, reasonable prices, and fresh, fresh, fresh. Since I was traveling, I planned just to get a few things to... More

I have been to quite a few farmers markets in southern California, but other than San Luis Opispo, this one is the best. There is a nice balance of produce and packaged gourmet items (e.g., olives, honey, etc), and a number of musicians at different points, all talented. Most of the produce is organic and a lot of it small... More

No matter you are hungry or not, you gotta get food from this farmer's market. We were there for a day and we got our next morning breakfast all from this market as we could not resist temptation on how fresh and tasty everything is. Also a lot of variety of fruit, vegetables, pie, honey etc.

I absolutely loved the Farmers market- everything was fresh and fabulous. The food was displayed well and plenty of vendors were giving out samples. What a glorious thing to do on a leisurely Saturday morning. really enjoyed it and wonderful produce. I saw fruit and veges there I had not seen anywhere else.

We stopped by while on a cruise ship port visit. The array of fresh produce was amazing. We had some delicious strawberries.

This is by far the best farmer's market in all of Southern California! We go up for the day at least once every 3-4 months and just stroll the market and then have lunch in SB

This happens every Saturday a few blocks from State Street. I know, another farmers market so what? That is what we thought until we arrived. Tons of fresh local organic foods and flowers. Many samples available and everything is tasty and affordable. We spent several hours walking around this relatively small market. We recommend the Pequots, most fruits and Pistachios.... More
