Gainey is a beautiful winery. Their wines are top notch and the staff are friendly. I enjoy being a wine club member because every wine produced is delicious.

Nice tasting room in the middle of their vineyards. One of the few wineries on my trip that I did not purchase a bottle of wine. You have to pay the tasting fee of $15 before going into a separate tasting room. All the wines I tasted were just all right and it was easy to leave without buying a... More

A frequent stop of for tour groups so the place is always crowded but the staff do a great job keeping up with everything. Unfortunately their wines are on the expensive side for others in the area. If you've got the time stop by. However if pressed for time there are better wineries in the area.

The Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon were my favorites here. They have a beautiful tasting area! Also bought candles here. We were with a large group so we had a picnic lunch outside--very nice.

Have you ever driven by a place and say next time...That was us, but no more! Driving onto Gainey's property was spectacular, Old Vines, picnic area, variety of vines to peruse through seeing the different ways to grow grapes. Then the tasting room, a vision to hard to put into words, you must see. And the stories while tasting the... More

We did the barn tasting this past weekend and it was a ton of fun! Its a bit more than the regular tasting room but they take you through the vineyard in an open jeep to an over 100 year old barn where you then taste 5 wines. The gentleman serving us wines was a pleasant to chat with and... More

Had the opportunity to go thorough the vineyard and have the wine tasting at an old barn within the property. Great sauvignon blanc. Great service.

What I love about Gainey is not only their premium wines but the tasting is actually in a barrel room so you get the real feel of the whole experience. The grounds are just lovely and the staff is knowledgeable and entertaining.
