Though this place is for wine tasting, I also like to come here and meet with friends just for a nice glass of wine before we go to dinner or something. If I lived in town, I would definitely be a part of their wine club. I've done their tasting more then I should admit, but I always lean more... More

I went here on a Wednesday afternoon and had a great time. The bar tender was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the wines and attentive. The wine club is a great deal and I wanted to go back, but sadly my vacation was only 4 days. I went to another winery and it seemed so snooty in comparison. Go here... More

Very disappointed with the wines. Terrible nose and not much depth. Visited 12 other tasting rooms in the Santa Barbara and would recommend all of them but would recommend skipping this one.

This is one of my favorite tasting rooms in the "almost "SB Funk Zone area and I always start my tastings here. If you go to the SB Tourist Information and grab a city map you will find a "2 for 1" voucher printed on it. The wine consultants are very friendly, knowledgeable, and take their time - even if... We started here by accident just seeing it from State Street walking from the restaurant heavy end towards the Pier. It is on the left. The wines are OK - they are not the best I've ever had but there was a very drinkable Semillon and Sangiovese. I would describe it as pleasant table wine. The best thing about this... More

We walked the Urban Wine Trail and our last stop was Kalyra. We had a 2 for 1 coupon (available locally), and so the cost was $10 for 2 of us to taste 8 wines - 3 white, 3 red and 1 dessert. Generous pours, and therefore quite the value. Our favorites were the 2 dessert wines - an orange... More

this place was so hot even though the fans were going. Way too many people there and some were wasted. We were with friends and it was their first wine tasting experience. We were hoping for some more interaction from the server but he was so flatout it was impossible. The wines were not that great either. Go to Carr... More

Great location, but the wines fall short for me. There are several other wine tasting rooms within walking distance that offer some better wines.
