I did not get sick of this path, though I traversed it multiple times in a few days. Just magnificent. There are homeless people, but they are not aggressive. On weekends, there's a flea market, so you can buy art, jewelry and other great stuff. Walk on the wharf to see the magnificent view.

Just did this ride with my husband yesterday...absolutely my favorite ride! Love to take a detour and eat breakfast at the Boathouse at Hendry Beach..the best. The views from the Mesa when continuing your ride into central SB are astounding!

The bike path is about 4+ miles and has lots of access to the beach and a few eateries. Make the trek up the hill going north and there is a very nice park and great views of the Santa Barbara bay. Enjoy

Rented bikes at Wheel Fun rentals and thoroughly enjoyed biking along the beach! The path extends for a few miles along both east and west beaches and is wide enough to safely navigate - even with the large surreys!

We rented Tandem bikes for our family of four (11&12 year old kids) and rode up and down this path stopping for lunch and views. We had a great experience. Beautiful beach, beautiful views, great bike path.

What a great place to ride bikes. Bike paths are everywhere, the Cabrillo Bike path is great! Whether you are an avid biker or just want to rent one at a hotel or right on Cabrillo Ave and State Street, this really is a must do while visiting Santa Barbara.

The bike path was the highlight of our trip. The path is well maintained and you can see many of the hot spots along the way. Only down side is there a lot of homeless people as well

This lovely "path" is for everyone, whether you walk, run, bike, stroll... You have the best of visual worlds in this city- the gorgeous beach, shoreline and pier on one side and the charm of Santa Barbara and soaring mountains on the other. You can take as short or long a trip as you wish, it's all enjoyable. Sometimes there... More

The bicycle path follows the shore line for miles and you can enjoy a dedicated bicycle path with no traffic or other obstacles.
