This is a full day of activity. It starts with check in; we were treated to a great description of our meal and snack. The passion and care for the way it was made set high expectations for how it would taste. These expectations were exceeded. The boat ride is a great opportunity to see sea life; we saw sea... More

This is a review for Paddle Sports Center that is owned by Channel Islands Outfitters. I took a SUP lesson today and had an excellent time. Small group led by Fraser Kersey and he does an excellent job. The lesson is 2 hours and they take you out into the harbor area for a bit and then out onto open... More

We had a great time. It was nice to show up and have friendly people greet us. We were well taken care of. They did everything for us! This was great for people who are beginners to Kayaking. The guide was awesome and knowledgeable. The food was great! Our group would definitely use Channel Island Outfitters again.

The day we spent in the capable hands of the Channel Island Outfitters guide sea cave kayaking was fantastic. Well organised, informative, adrenaline rushes, great food and lots of laughs. There are other companies you can chose but Channel Island Outfitters had fabulous experienced guides, great equipment and made you completely safe. It was the absolute highlight of my trip... More

Review of Channel Island Outfitters: The trip was overall awesome. Primarily, what made our trip great was how skilled and attentive our guide Marina was. She was pleasant and kind, but also was very skilled and knowledgeable. She is a Marine Biologist and knew the fish, other creatures and where to find them to show them to us. She was... More

We had a fantastic time! Our guide, Dave, was so knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved it! He took us through beautiful sea caves and educated us about the history, biology, and geology of the island. The classic tour even provided us with snorkeling gear so we could explore the kelp forests while waiting to return on our boat. It was... More

Channel Island Outfitters guides are super friendly & knowledgeable. Our guide, Marina, made us feel very comfortable and safe! CIO provides everything, all the needed equipment, and a very delicious lunch! Eat a good breakfast, bring water, snacks & water shoes, you'll be glad you did! After kayaking you may want to hike, snorkel or just hang out on the... More

This was my first trip to the Islands and it couldn't have been better. All of the staff associated with CIO were helpful, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Our kayaking guide, JD, was all of that and more. I loved learning about the kelp forest and going in and out of the sea caves. We took a brief hike after kayaking,... More

Had a great time on the Channel Islands with the people at Channel Islands Outfitters. The boat ride out to the island was fun - saw some blue whales. The staff were patient, friendly and had a safety first mantra. They had extra sunscreen for us and the lunch was delicious.
