They arrived outside our hotel in Solvang. We were each provided our own personal wine glass for tasting & to keep. We were the only couple so we visited 5 wineries. The great thing about the tour is it brought us to places we wouldn't have otherwise known about. Lunch was great. Really enjoyed our drivers personality. http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g33045-d1547180-r57044813-Cloud_Climbers-Santa_Barbara_California.html#

This tour was absolutely worth taking! Our tour guide, Jon, was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He was ready to accommodate us in any way to make our experience exemplary. I won't expound too much on the details of our trip, but just know that if you choose cloud climbers, you are choosing an excellent tour guided by... More

My husband and I decided to take this tour through Santa Ynez Valley for our Anniversary, We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our tour began by being picked up in Solvang and a quick ride in one of their open air Jeeps (ladies dress warm and secure your hair) to Circle Bar B ranch where we were taken on a 90 min... More

Piling into the jeeps and rumbling off into an adventure in wine country was a blast. Just when you'd had enough bumping around, the wineries appear one by one. Great wine, a picnic near a pond, wine in the shade of a weeping willow. Nice driver, great scenery, happy vibe in the jeep, and tasting rooms glad to see us... More

We booked our tour only two days before we went. David had a cancellation and got all 6 of us in. I'm SO GLAD he did! It was for my daughters 21st birthday. We requested Millerd and he truly made the day so awesome! His knowledge and love for the area and for the wineries made it so special. We... More

We were picked up at the Santa Barbara train station (if you take the train you get a $6 discount!) and driving up through the mountains to Santa Ynez. Our tour guide John was nice and catered our tour to places he thought we would like. We made it to 4 tasting rooms and two of those where wineries. One... More

My cousin and I visited the Santa Barbara area and were looking for a wine tour to kick off our vacation. We had a Fantastic time with Cloud Climbers tour guide Flash (aka Andrew). My sister and I celebrated her 50th birthday on June 16th wine tasting. The jeep ride was exciting but you do need a hair clip! The drive through the Santa Ynez Valley was beautiful. Our first stop was Gainey Vineyard. The wines were excellent. We were told about the different types of oak used in the barrels which produce a... More
