We were picked up at the Santa Barbara train station (if you take the train you get a $6 discount!) and driving up through the mountains to Santa Ynez. Our tour guide John was nice and catered our tour to places he thought we would like. We made it to 4 tasting rooms and two of those where wineries. One... More

My cousin and I visited the Santa Barbara area and were looking for a wine tour to kick off our vacation. We had a Fantastic time with Cloud Climbers tour guide Flash (aka Andrew). It was a great time, fun, informative, and the open air jeep added to the excitement of the day! They asked us what we were looking... More

My wife and I were celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. We got picked up at the Santa Barbara Train Station at 10AM Took off for Santa Ynez Valley...It was quite hair raising and fun riding in the back of the Jeep. Our driver was excellent! Knowledgable of the area and had some great stories! All 4 stops were excellent and... More

My sister and I celebrated her 50th birthday on June 16th wine tasting. The jeep ride was exciting but you do need a hair clip! The drive through the Santa Ynez Valley was beautiful. Our first stop was Gainey Vineyard. The wines were excellent. We were told about the different types of oak used in the barrels which produce a... More

We had a great day wine tasting with Cloud Climbers. The jeep came and picked us up at 10am and we were back around 4:30pm. We went to 3 wineries and 1 tasting room on our tour and had a great time. If you're getting picked up in Santa Barbara, it is quite a chilly and windy (but beautiful) drive... More

This is a one of a kind experience. You ride in an open jeep and enjoy the views while your guide tells you about the surrounding area and the wine. You go to 4 vineyards and the tasting fee is included. Gourmet lunch included. Great value! Very chill experience!

Had an amazing driver named Millard who picked us up at our hotel around 10 that morning and drove us around all day in the San Ynez mountains wine tasting. We let him know what we were looking for (tasting rooms, Solveign, etc) and he totally hooked it up. He knew exactly where to go for what we had in... More

Our tour day was amazing. Todd, our driver was TOP NOTCH, and so amazing. He was safe, and informative. He was very much involved in our day because he was so accommodating and fun. He catered our tour to what we wanted to do. The wineries he took us too were kitchy and so delish. Our lunch was so good.... More

Very fun! Millard gave us a lot of history along with finding wineries that were excellent for me and my partner. I only wish they did hotel pick-up from Carpenteria, and maybe a bit more of an off road experience. If you go in the spring or winter dress warm!

Our driver was late picking us up and early dropping us off. We went to Firestone, Brander, and two other wineries in Los Olivos. The wineries were decent, but we expected a bit more out of the tour. We've been on tours like this before in the Santa Ynez Valley; usually our tour guide throws in a fifth winery, especially... More
