My sister was visiting from out of state so we decided to send a morning with the Condor Express. The staff and volunteers were all exceptional. We really enjoyed visiting with Hal (volunteer onboard). We saw over 400 dolphins, 4 humpback whales (with many tale flips and the calf gave us a gift of a full breech). We were able... More

The captain knows how to track those humpback whales and has the patience to wait for them to approach the boat. Also saw bottlenose dolphins. The ship is first class in every way. You can buy made to order breakfast burritos on board and sandwiches for lunch at reasonable prices, though we noticed some people took their own food. Docents... More

We had a fantastic day on the Condor Express. We saw lots of whales and dolphins, it was evident the captain knew where the "good spots" were. A thoroughly worthwhile trip we would recommend to anyone visiting Santa Barbara.

Excellent trip. The crew, boat and facilities were all really good and the amazing whales, dolphins and seals put on a real show for us whilst hunting down their lunch. Don't forget both sun protection and some warm clothing as conditions mid channel will be different from on land!

This was an absolutely incredible day. From the moment we left the harbour and started seeing seals, and then dolphins to the incredible humpbacks, we enjoyed every second. They even managed to find a bald eagle! I can't recommend this experience enough.

Don't miss out on this fist class operation when you visit Santa Barbara. We saw 1 Blue Whale, 15 Humpback Whales and thousands of Dolphins - really incredible. The crew was great and very knowledgeable about the sealife and Channel Islands. Even though the channel was rocky the boat was stable and the ride enjoyable. Additionally we saw the Painted... The crew did a great job in locating an eating frenzy consisting of dolphins, hump back whales, seals and even a blue whale. Not many of them left in the world so it was a wonderful site. Highly recommend the tour. One word of advice - if you are prone to sea sickness, take whatever medicine works for you. My... More

Every staff member aboard the boat went out of their way to make it a fun experience. The captain and his crew were obviously very experienced, which made the trip amazing with their commentary and ability to locate the whales in the area. Well worth every penny!

The staff on the Condor was very informative and friendly. They made sure we could all see the whales when they were around - lots of fun!

Captain Dave must be the whale whisperer. He told us where to look and sure enough within a few minutes a whale would appear. We saw lots of dolphins and sea lions too. Great trip with a great crew.
