This was simply breathtaking. I rang up in the morning & booked onto the half day trip. The boat is plenty big enough for the 25 or so people on board. Fortunately the sea was calm, but it was very overcast, which meant the water was quite flat grey in colour. As soon as we started we say California Sea... More

Over a thousand dolphins, 2 separate whale sightings, about 5 dozen seals and sea lions. Was an awesome day!!!! Food and beverages on board are good and reasonably priced. Ample restrooms. Comfortable ship. Crew took their time to make sure passengers had their fill of marine life. I very highly recommend this day trip!!!!! Worth the money.

My husband and I were very much looking forward to whale watching with Condor Express, and they exceeded our expectations! The crew was outstanding - friendly, informative, happy to be aboard, eager to help us find whales and sealife. The boat was clean, sturdy, served good breakfast sandwiches and burritos, as well as burgers later in the trip. We saw... More

I have been on this boat maybe 10 times and love the way you can get over to Santa Cruise Island and have a great coastal cruise. Most times, I have seen whales and dolphins. I have even chartered the boat for a pre-wedding Sunset cruise which was a great hit with our out of town guests. I have always... More

We walked up last minute June 18, had never done this before, would do it again in a minute for $99. Captain Dave and crew were very informative, professional, and very thorough. We saw 9 humpbacks, thousands of dolphins, and sea lions. The 4.5 hour cruise took us out a few miles , but the coastline was always in sight.... More

We booked last minute for this trip and it could not have been better. The staff were friendly and informative throughout! They warned there would be swell and there was. We saw 3 humpback whales so close you could almost touch them and 1 blue whale. It was truly spectacular. Go for it if you get the chance.

Booked a whale watching tour when on vacation. Nice calm seas (which apparently isn't normal) - got to see quite a few whales, dolphins everywhere, sea lions, etc. Captain seemed pretty knowledgeable, as was the rest of the staff -- including the volunteer from the California State Park system (something along those lines). Learned some cool things from the trip,... More

A lovely warm day, a great warm welcome, and we saw stuff. Booked 4 tickets online (not quite as easy on Android as it might have been), looked up the parking on Google Maps, and everything went smoothly. We left the harbour bang on time (noon). As some others have mentioned, we soon saw sealions on the buoys outside the... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The volunteer staff onboard were very helpful and informative. The skipper was also very professional and we were fortunate enough to see three mother grey whales and their young ones migrating north. The weather was grey but the sea calm. This did not stop some other passengers from becoming "grey" themselves! The trip is meant... More

My two friends and I decided at the last minute to try to make the 12:00 trip on 3/28. We lucked out, made it just in time, and are SO glad we went! Our trip started with a trip to the grill inside the boat. We all ordered a beer and a different kind of burger (veggie, turkey and cheeseburger)... More
