The butterly exhibit was very cool...only goes to September though..Do beware of the poison oak though...It is along the path with a sign showing what it is....i was kind of surprised that there was so much of it. If you go, don't expect a huge museum though...It was very nice for what it was though. more
This is a nice museum with an interesting mix of local history information and exhibits about the Chumash Indian tribe and regional sealife as well as rotating international exhibits. The grounds in the back are a pleasant way to learn about local native plants and trees and rest on a bench overlooking the creek. We didn't have time to see... more
Really cool frog exhibit going on right now. I had no idea frogs could be so interesting and fun. The museum has beautiful grounds and exhibits. Well worth the trip more
I really enjoyed the live butterfly exhibit at the Museum. The outdoor pavilion hosts what seemed like thousands of live butterflies in a beautiful setting. Great for any age! more
