Our trip was extremely enjoyable. Tour-guide Rick was interactive and pleasant: he never rushed us at our stops--his timing was impeccable. The office personnel were pleasant and helpful when booking the tour. The tour van was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed each winery--particularly Billy at Roblar!--because each stop offered something different. Lunch was lovely: fresh and set out for us... More

We were picked up from the Ramada Santa Barbara in the morning and felt so very welcome from beginning on. Rick was our driver and he was super friendly and even played the guitar for us during our super tasty lunch. He knew answers to all of our questions, since we are not from the Santa Barbara area. Each winery... More

We started out 4 years ago on a 1 time investigatory type adventure to celebrate my mother's birthday. We have returned every year since then in honor of her special day. The wineries were fun and informative. I always leave with a feeling of satisfaction. No where near connoisseur status, but confident I know what I like. I invited my... More

Booking with Grapeline was easy and a good value. $109 for a bus tour of four wineries, extensive tasting at each of them, and a great picnic lunch. We were picked up in Solvang (go early for breakfast and shopping - what a cute little town) by our guide Rick. Although he had only been on the job for two... More

Grapeline Tours made everything easy. We booked the wine tour with lunch on line. The website was very informational and made booking easy. We did receive confirmations once the tour date was close. Tommy, our tour guide, was wonderful. He was very informative about the area and the wine making process. We totally enjoyed the 4 wineries as well as... More

I went with my mom on this tour, and had such a wonderful time. This is something I plan to do again with my husband in Temecula.Christopher, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable. And Billy at Roblar Winery was so entertaining!!! Word of advice from a wino (note: not a wine snob): If you don't like it, don't drink it.... More

My husband and I and four other couples enjoyed a Grapeline tour of four wineries in the Solvang area. From start to finish we encountered professional and friendly service. Our tour guide, Chis, picked us up at our hotel. He made sure we had a good time and was very knowledgeable about winemaking and vineyards. The boxed deli lunch included... More

Went on a private tour with Grapeline Wine Tours on Friday 10/16. I wanted to give a shout out to Christopher our tour guide for making our day absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about various facets of the wine business and the Santa Ynez Valley. We were able to visit 4 wineries and had a quick pit stop to... More

We had the most wonderful experience on our wine tour of the San Ynez Valley on Friday. Our driver was named Christopher, he waited patiently at the hotel for all of our party to arrive, we were a half hour late getting started because of traffic problems, but Christopher made sure we got a full tour. Christopher was a Sommelier... More

This was so much fun. My husband and I had never visited wineries before so it was a great educational opportunity, turned party. All of the wineries we visited had friendly knowledgeable staff and good wine. The picnic in the vinyard was beautiful with fresh food. Dave was a great tour guide and made the experience even better, we also... More
