We love the Elephant Seal Rookery !!! We visit several times a year . Our favorite time to visit is Dec-jan when the babies are being born. Every time we go the coast we stop by . No one should miss this!!

Stopped here while driving from SF to Cambria, awesome animals, easy parking, great photo op. Mother had never seen a seal, we saw new moms and pups as well as the giant bulls.

So cool to see all the seals crowded together. There are volunteers with blue jackets to fill you in on everything you want to know about the animals.

There was nothing to dislike about this outing it was amazing to see the Seals in there natural environment. The walkways are great and allow great viewing access to the beaches. The guides are very helpful and willing to chat to you about the seals.

This was the second visit here - and I'd still like to go back...beautiful setting and fascinating life cycle of the elephant seal.

Able to see these amazing creatures relatively close up in their natural habitat. We watched as they played, and rolled in the sand.

We never dreamed we'd see so many. They lie piled up on top of one another looking dead until one moves - very odd!
