I hadn't been here in decades- what a nice surprise. The animal exhibits are on par with Arizona Sonora Desert Museum on a small scale. All Unreleasable animals, they have lots of room, places to hide, running water. The aviary is a must. Cute little store.

We went with our 2 year old son and he loved it. We might have loved it more though :). The activities are fun and educational. It's a great day to pass a couple hours. We ended up getting the annual pass as we expect to be back.

Great outdoor area with many animals, educated docents, clean environment for the animals, well cared for. Inside experience amazing for all ages. Could spend hours exploring!

My daughter was 8 and my son 3 when we went. I had seen their billboard on the freeway and the name sparked my interest. My wife and I decided to go - and it was worth the visit. The entrance fee is surprisingly small. We went in and the kidswere immediately drawn to all the contraptions that they can... More

This used to be the Coyote Point Museum several years ago when I last went. It has apparently changed management since it is not how I remembered it. The museum is gone and is now different and smaller and is geared towards young kids without the emphasis on the wildlife exhibits. The zoo is still there and showcases the local... More

This is an amazing place for small children as everything is just at the right level for under sevens. Steps are provided for many of the science activities and exhibits and the bathrooms; so kid friendly. Not a big fan of zoos with animals kept in small enclosures, but the animals here have plenty of space and company which provides... More

If you want to stimulate your toddlers minds without the hassle of the big city and wallet friendly then this is the place for you. Tickets were pretty inexpensive compared to the other zoos. They have a lot of discounts so I suggest you check out their website and maybe you can get a couple more bucks off your admission.... More

Great for children and adults. I find this place educational, informative, relaxing, and a good way to spend the afternoon. it also helps that it is tucked away among trees in a nice area. Great place for grandparents and grandchildren to stroll in both the exhibits and outside the museum. Nice playground and picnic area also.

This was formerly known simply as Coyote Park and was a place for school field trips, scouts outings, and family adventures. It has changed a lot, but the offerings, location, and landscape remain the same. It is a place I could go to again and again and still experience new things.

We took our young grandsons (7 and almost 5) for a couple of hours and, at that, felt a bit rushed. The design of this facility is quite ingenious, seamlessly mixing hands on science stuff for kids together with a collection of birds, insects, some small animals (foxes, otters, etc.). Lots of stimulation in a very pleasant setting between the... More
