This dog park is well maintained and convenient for travelers. Wonderful to be able to make a short stop and give the dogs a chance to run off some energy. More

Good price, people were nice, and it was close to San Luis Obispo down town .It also was close to Morro Bay.If you like to Golf there was a golf course right next to campground.There is also Golf course in Morro Bay close by. More

We arrived at El Chorro on a Sunday with our fingers crossed we would get a spot for camping (in our fifth wheel). We were surprised it was almost empty, but then, to a Calidfornian...this is winter! It's a fun little walkabout. Has small trails and long trails. You could spend a few hours out here hiking around. There is also a botanical garden and nature center, a golf course and a dog park. THey supposedly charge admission but I've never had to pay in the 4 years I've been visiting. They say you can find arrowheads... More
