When we had visitors from the UK and the east coast visit us in SLO, we were looking for a special way to show them the beauty of the Central Coast. CC Food Tours came up with the perfect solution with a zip line tour over the beautiful Santa Margarita Ranch, followed by a wine tasting and then a fabulous... More

So glad you and your friends were the adventurous sort! It was a lovely day for sight seeing over the beautiful and pristine Santa Margarita rance - and I'm so pleased you enjoyed the special picnic we prepared for you and your guests. Thank you Edie & Bo for sharing your special day with us. More

Yule (tour guide) was warm, friendly, and knowledgable! The restaurant choices gave a good introduction to the locale. The food was absolutely delicious! My wife and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously! Thanks again Yule.

Our family of four had a lovely afternoon walking the streets of SLO with Yule. Yule really knows his community and the restaurants and food you sample. The tour is full of many different local treats and Yule peppers the stops with charming tales and local insight. All in all you walk about two miles however this is very doable... More

We did a 6 person private tour in SLO for Mother's Day with CCFT. It was a great time. Yule was an amazing guide. He was friendly, accommodating and so knowledgeable on SLO's history. What I really liked was that there was a cultural/history tour combined with delicious food. The food was delicious and no one was going home hungry.... More

Even though I am a SLO native and most of the destinations were not new to me, I still had a great time on this tour! The guide is wonderful and shares a lot of interesting info with the group. I learned a lot of cool things, both about the food and also about the history of my city. I... More

We took the train from LA to SLO for the weekend, and since we did not have a car and because my wife was 8 months pregnant, we figured a walking food tour (no emphasis on wine) would be perfect. It turned out to be just that. Yul, the charismatic tour guide/owner of Central Food Tours, made us feel comfortable... More

Yul gave us a wonderful tour--the food spots he chose to visit were excellent, the history along the way was interesting and fun. The tour was at a very leisurely pace This will give you a great idea of this city and what it has to offer in the downtown. And...he got us to our B&B--that was extra and much... More

We went on the SLO tour with Yule and had an amazing day. The places on our tour were -- Mama Ganache Chocolates, Jaffa Mediterrean Cafe, We Olive, Palazzo Giuseppe, Black Sheep Bar & Grill and Luna Red. Even though the food and desserts were amazing...Yule really made this tour exciting and relaxing! We highly recommend to all! TMJimenez

This tour is fantastic. We started at an Mama Ganache, an amazing chocolate shop with an Aztec milk shake while Laura and Yule gave us interesting historical facts. Next we toured the kitchen with store owners, Eve and Tom while sampling their fabulous treats. Then off to the wineries with our chocolates to pairs with specially selected wines. Wow!,! Laura... My husband and I had the pleasure of being on Yule and Laura's first Wine and Chocolate Pairing tour. Despite some rainy weather, it was a fun, fabulous, and tasty tour (Yule's homemade bread is still making my mouth water!). We came home with several bottles of wine and some delicious chocolates (including an Aztec Cocoa Mix that is out... More
